Welcome to beautiful Oceanside, California! Our condo is located in the Seacliff development, just steps away from the Harbor, shopping and trails with private beach access, near the junction of the I-5 and 76 freeways. You can walk across the bridge to Oceanside’s harbor to eat, fish, or go to the beach for an evening beach fire in the fire rings. You can ride your bike for miles along the bike path. Oceanside’s Farmers Market is held every Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm near the pier, and the Sunset Market is on Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an 1191 square foot corner unit located on the second floor, with views of the marina lighthouse and the pool. It features an open floor plan, completely furnished with new furniture and decorations. The condo has hardwood floors throughout, and carpeting in the bedrooms. Comfort is the name of the game as the condo has both central heat and cooling! We also offer cable TV and high speed Wifi.
The living room has views from the large oversized windows, a ceiling fan and a door to the balcony! A flat screen TV is available for watching programs or movies. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc. All you need bring is food and drink!
The master bedroom has a brand new king-size bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful master bath with granite countertops, a double sink and large walk-in shower. Step out on the balcony from the slider in the bedroom to sit at the small table and enjoy the view!
The second bedroom has a new king size bed. It also offers a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and granite countertops. We also have a queen sized blow up mattress for extra sleeping options.
No need to run to the laundromat as we have a full size washer/dryer and iron in the condo! Your rental will include use of the common areas, the swimming pool (heated April through October) and heated jacuzzi, state of the art workout/gym room, outside grill and the clubhouse. The building is secure with a private and gated entrance, and has secure underground parking with an elevator.
Our location is close to many attractions such as Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Balboa Island, Legoland, Temecula Wine Country, and many more.
**IMPORTANT NOTES: The minimum stay is 30 nights. All rates posted are estimates. The actual rates will depend on the number of nights you’ll stay. Rates may change at any time until your rental is booked. We also request a maximum limit of 4 guests at a time. The security deposit of 500 is for 2 people. For 3 people it will be $750 and for 4 people it will be $1,000. And unfortunately, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.**
