Why Kim Carsley chose Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach has it all, a very large beach with path along beach for biking rollerblading & jogging, famous pier, downtown with great restaurants & shopping, live bands, great beach events including the US Open of Surfing and the list goes on.
What makes this House unique
We spent years looking for just the right house in Huntington Beach and after a lot of searching we finally found our dream beach home. We love the house and location on a small side street just a short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants & shopping. One of our favorite things is taking long walks on the beach at sunset or on a spur of the moment taking the short walk to main street for a coffee or to eat at a huge variety of restaurants. Once you're there, no need for a car, just park it in the driveway or garage until you're ready to leave.

This is our second time renting here and we hope to come back many times! The house is perfect for large family gatherings and well appointed to cook large meals and entertain on the beautiful front patio. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to the beach and the Pacific City shopping center, and our two favorite spots: Tanner’s and Bungalow! Kim is a dream to work with, as always!
Kim was GREAT to work with, going above the norm (ie: she got us an extra port-a-crib so we didn't have to haul one across the country). The house has lots of different sitting areas, which are great for people to spread out. She has bikes, a wagon and some beach toys that were great for the kids. If we find ourselves needing a place in SoCal again, we would happily rent this property again!
Spring Break 2019
Me and my family had a great time. The home was everything they said it would be. There was plenty of space with a fantastic location.
Our family get-together with seven adults and one lively and energetic two year old had a great time. There is plenty of room to spread out and have our own spaces.
For many years we have met up with California relatives at a hotel in Huntington Beach. Our experience this year showed us that we really enjoyed having a kitchen and living room to share.
The owner, Kim, was easy to work with . . . Even calling to check up on us when we were late arriving because our plane was diverted form Santa Ana to Los Angeles.
We would choose this location again.
Huntington beach retreat
Super fun. Clean house. Great location to Pacific city. Fun to go to beach for bonfire with s'mores. Surfing. Swimming. Shopping. Awesome restaurants that are close. Felt like we didnt need to travel anywhere, could bike or walk to all locations. Loved bbqing at the house for lunches. Thanks again for everything.
Great house for large groups
Loved the location of this house. It has all the amenities you need for a large group such as several TV and living areas so if you don't like what someone is watching, just move to a different room. Close to the beach. Close to Main Street and the restaurants of Huntington Beach.
Used the bikes in the garage for a little exercise. All and all we had a great time.
Fire Pits at the Beach (roast marshmallows, watch the sunset) Volleyball, Roller Blading, Skate Boarding, Huntington Beach Pier, Beach, Tuesday Night Street Fair & Farmers Market on Main Street, Short walk to all the action, restaurants, shopping & bars on Main Street.
