Clean, convenient and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for our family. Adults and kids had ample space and comfort.

Both the front room and the kitchen were perfect for congregating. The proximity to Crescent Street and all of the wonders of Avalon, made it convenient to run in and out, even for the old-timers. We thoroughly enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the house during our stay. The support from the property manager was an added bonus.

The upstairs was beautiful, but the downstairs sleeping area definetly needs to be updated.

Terrible company to book from, lots of hidden fees

  • 1 of 5

The house wasn't in the perfect condition, but location was great. I didn't know I was charged so many fees until after I received my invoice. They automatically charge you insurance unless you opt out, which I could've sworn I did but thats my words against theirs. Was also charged an additional fee from booking with VRBO. My husband went to return the keys at 9:30am, he couldn't find the building and thought they were closed on a Sunday so he returned it at the dropbox by post office which was instructed on the paper they left in their house. Found out I got charged a large fee for doing so because I didn't pay postage. Thats not even for postage, thats the fee they charge for probably having to put the keys away. I wonder how many other guests members they ripped off doing the same thing. I will never book from this company again. The house was okay but the company they hired to rent from were rude and unprofessional people. They need to hire more professional people that knows how to better explain or resolve issues.

Easy Accessible & Great Common area

  • 3 of 5

As soon as you enter and see the place, the first floor has all the bedrooms (1 master & 2 bedrooms ). On seeing this it will disappoint you.

Go to the second floor has Kitchen with a 10 seat table and very spacious hall. On seeing this one will surely feel better.

As these are vacation places and only common area are used more, would suggest if that is what you are looking for.

Close to the main street, so small walk to the beach, ferry boarding and activity rentals.

Hope this will help you guys in deciding.

Nice location even with all the golf cart traffic!

  • 5 of 5

Loved this house! Stairs were a bit of a problem for my knees, but very roomy and felt like a home. Bring shampoo! :-)
