Located on the beautiful Kehena coastline and the historic “Red Road”, which is one of the most scenic roads in the entire state, this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home on this private dead end street AND within walking distance of the Kehena Black Sand Beach. It is THE perfect destination for exploring all of the wonders and beauty of the east side of the Big Island. Sometimes you can even watch dolphins play in the bay below from the lanai!
As you enter the home, the first floor is the very open living, dining and kitchen and open those wooden French doors to the open air ocean view lanai. Dine in or out, your choice! Conveniently located on the first floor is one of the two bedrooms and separate bath.
Up the gorgeous wooden staircase is the very large and dramatic master bedroom with its own en suite bath. The master bedroom also has its own private 2nd story open air ocean view lanai.
The kitchen provides lots of room and counter space to prepare your favorite island meals. Included with this home is a propane BBQ grill and for evening fun a Ping Pong Table room located in the first floor screened in garden view lanai.
For your convenience, Black Sand Beach House has television through DISH Satellite, unlimited internet/wifi, a DVD player, Long Distance telephone service to include Canadian calls and high speed internet and a Washer/Dryer.

And, don’t miss old Pahoa town, just a short 8 mile drive from the hale where you will find the original boardwalks that date back to the late 1800's when this sleepy little town was king in the sugar plantation days. There is great dining in this little town with Italian, Thai and Tex-Mex. Hilo town with all of its historical points of interest, color and famous for its friendly people is only about 30 minutes away and the ever changing Volcanoes National Park is about a 40 minute drive.
