Looking for a beach holiday that has it all? We are proud to offer our two bedroom, end unit, gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms.

Our condo shows great pride of ownership. The condo has been professionally painted from top to bottom. The vanities in the bathrooms are new as well as the ensuite bath with new walk-in shower. The new kitchen with gleaming granite countertops is fully equipped with cookware along with a new stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, we have new 18'X18' porcelain tile flooring throughout the main areas. The bedroom furniture in both bedrooms has been updated including all mattresses. We have a king size bed in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom. The dining room furniture gives a tropical feel with a dolphin pedestal. All patio furniture is new in a soft sea blue.

Please make yourselves at home. We offer use of our beach chairs, umbrella and our coolers for those lazy days relaxing on the beach.

Our building is well maintained with a large heated pool, shuffleboard courts, tiki bar, a barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Do it all or choose to kick back and relax.

We are sure you will love our piece of paradise as much as we do!

Great location, clean, convenient and comfortable overall

My family of 4 enjoyed the condo overall. The condo itself had plenty of room for everyone, was renovated nicely and had a well outfitted kitchen. Some of the amenities are nice (pool, community charcoal grills and tiki hut), but the shuffle board courts are essentially unusable due to unrepaired cracks in the concrete. The entire building has only 1 elevator which is painfully slow and gets pretty backed up at peak times. The beach is really nice and wasn't particularly crowded during our stay. We enjoyed visiting Dolphin Tale stars Winter and Hope at the Clearwater Aquarium and eating at Guppy's, Keegans (both seafood themed) and Red Lion (locals dive with a diverse menu). The Salt Rock Grill is another higher end dinner favorite (steaks and seafood). The Frog Pond is a fantastic breakfast place, but expect to wait unless you get there early.

I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed in the obstructed view of the beach from the balcony which overlooks a parking lot and the grill, tiki hut area. From the photos of the unit, I expected a 180 degree view of the beach, but that is not the case. Looking toward the beach from the balcony, the view of the beach (and evening sunsets) is completely obstructed to the right by a neighboring condo building and toward the left is mostly obstructed by other units in the Holiday Villas III building, leaving a somewhat narrow view of the beach. Additionally, I recommend that the owners consider replacing the master BR mattress, which has "valleys" on both sides and isn't as comfortable as I hoped for. The sofa in the living room is starting to tear a bit and will need replacement or repair soon.

Other than those fairly minor critiques, this is a very good value for the money. The unit isn't particularly fancy, but is a good place for a family or group to enjoy a nice beach vacation with conveniently located shopping, dining and night life.

Review of property

The entrance area by the elevators was dirty. Also there are ash trays there. Always smelled like stale cigarettes. There seemed to be a lot of people by the benches smoking too! Not really what I want or my kids to walk through to get in and out of the building. A big turn off especially when you don't smoke! Maybe the smoking area could be in a better location? Not sure if it was local residents or vacationers. Unfortunately the building only has one elevator for the amount of units in the building. It is very slow too!

The unit we stayed in was good. Could use furniture updates and had some staining on the walls. So maybe some freash paint. All in all a nice unit and was clean.

The property is a prime location for amenities For this area. White sand beach is at your front do

We were in unit 607. Freshly remodeled and beautiful. Pool was great. Only moderate negative thoughts on is that elevator can get very crowded at check in and out. Only one elevator. Other than that this is a great property.

Property is nice we have stayed there several times. Staff is poor.

We had an issue with the a/c which made the first 2 nights very uncomfortable. After the service company diagnosed that there was no return air path provided for the bedrooms the on site staff was rude, and lied to us by saying that the service company found no issues. The staff then told us in so many words that we could leave. It is hard to express our disgust. The huge guy just cost this property a return customer.

The Condo is exactly as described, which is important to us.

The condo was comfortable, roomy and had 99% of the items we needed. The Owner and Management team were attentive and did everything they could to fulfill any request we had. I would recommend this condo to friends and would stay here again ourselves.
