The Art House was truly a great place to stay in Seattle. Pikes Place is extremely close and the area had everything I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to the Art House the next time I visit!

Great location, that's the best thing I can say

We were offered another unit from the same Luxe Hub property group as our booked unit's tenants requested an extended stay. It was presented as a high end apartment which was not our experience. Not having air conditioning may be fine most of the time in Seattle but not in July. Our unit became very warm in late afternoon and throughout the evening and it was very noisy with crowd noise, boats and traffic noise. The apartment was not very clean, the bed sheets had grease on them, the mattress cover had what appeared to be urine stains and the kitchen had a horrible smell that we determined to be the trash can and even though it was empty we left it on the balcony for our stay. The unit was cheaply furnished and was not in line with our experiences of a higher end unit. We had homeless people on occasion sleeping in the entrance of the complex. Our shower head was broken off which resulted in not being able to take a shower until our second day. Lastly, we pre-paid for a unit with a higher rate than the one we were moved to and Luxe Hub is not willing to refund the difference. We enjoyed Seattle but based on our experience I would suggest you find another property management group.

Excellent location! Just down the street (walking distance) from Pike's Place Public Market and Piers. Nice amenities and attentive owners. We completely recommend this spot!
