Home is steps from Grove Park that includes a tot lot, exercise stations, restrooms, and a weekly farmer's market.

Rental will include 1 Rehoboth town parking pass and 2 parking passes for parking at the beach lot at the corner of Surf Avenue and Henlopen Avenue -- just for those young or old that can't make it 7 blocks to the beach ;-)

Furniture and furnishings all new as of winter 2016-17.

Unit is steps away from the community pool and the community is adjacent to the Junction Breakwater Bike Trail that can be biked all the way to Lewes and back!

Local restaurants and breweries are within walking distance as is the beach and boardwalk. No need to drive once you are checked in. Just park your car and forget it.

Why Jill Morganwalp chose Shoal Harbor

Lots of room with ample square footage and with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all. Very "walkable" to Rehoboth key places, e.g. beach, Funland, Dogfish, etc. Plus the community has a pool! Pool remains open much longer than other community's do. Closing date for 2018 is 9/22/2018!

What makes this townhome unique

Perfect location!

What a wonderful spot just a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) from the beach. Once you arrive you can leave your car parked for the duration of your stay. The grounds of the community are well maintained and parking is plentiful and close to the unit. There is also a nice sized clean pool area available to guests.

Walking in the door you will quickly notice how well maintained this property is. In the entryway there are plenty of hooks, shoe trays and a bench available to help keep the sand downstairs and out of the living spaces (a must for me). There is also a nice large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor leading out to a small patio area with a nice picnic table and gas grill.

On the second floor you will find all the communal living spaces including a large kitchen with lots of counter space. The kitchen is well equipped with lot's of appliances (coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot and a large refrigerator) and is roomy enough for all guests to gather in. There is also a nice large dining room table (in addition to a small round kitchen table) and a high chair available if you have a little one. This floor also has a half bath and nice little porch equipped with sun shades to pull down if needed. The couch, love seat and chairs are new, clean and very cozy!

The third floor has three nicely sized bedrooms complete with nice sized closets in each one. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a nice sized bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower. There is also what I would call a "kids room" on this floor with a pyramid bunk bed (bottom bunk is actually a double and the top is a twin) and fun kid-like decor. My nephew loved this room! The final room on this floor has two twin beds and shares a full bath room with the bunk bed room. The hallway bath is quite large and has a nice sized shower.

All the furniture in this unit is obviously new or very well maintained. The carpets are some of the cleanest I've seen in a rental and there are hooks EVEYWHERE for all of you wet beach stuff! The owners provide a wagon for guest use which is great for hauling things to the beach. Not to mention a few beach chairs and even an umbrella!

We visit the beach each year and we took a chance on a new spot and I'm so glad we did! While not right on the beach, I enjoy the walk down Rehoboth Avenue!
