Book your next Tahoe visit at this recently remodeled vacation townhouse in Lakeland Village Resort. Boasting community amenities like two hot tubs & pools (one with lake views), tennis courts, a gym, and a dock, plus an unbeatable location close to a private sandy beach and South Lake Tahoe, this getaway is going to be your new favorite happy place.
Walk next door to the award-winning Ski Run Marina which offers shopping, gelato, boating, and fabulous food. You'll also be less than two miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort, the sunny meadows and mountain bike ramps of Bijou Community Park, and many restaurants, convenience stores, and lake vistas. With the townhouse near the corner of Lake Tahoe Boulevard and Ski Run Boulevard, you’ll have easy access to restaurants and grocery stores via driving, busing on BlueGo, or the Heavenly Resort shuttle.
At this townhouse, you’ll have private and quiet accommodations for up to six guests. A furnished balcony lets you start your day off with coffee out in the fresh air. Head inside the sliding glass door to the living room, complete with a gas fireplace under wood-beamed, vaulted ceilings. While the kids are out adventuring, you can curl up with a paperback in the sleek leather armchair hearth-side. When everyone returns, flick on the flatscreen TV to cheer on the 49ers while snacks are fixed in the kitchen.
Well-stocked and modern, the kitchen offers the tools you need to make a meal for hungry skiers. Stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, make dinner easy. Friends can sip IPAs at the breakfast bar while the oven does its job. After a meal, clear the dining table and play a game of cards well into the night.
When you’re ready to turn in, you’ll have cozy sleep spaces to choose from. Climb the spiral staircase to the loft, which has a full and twin bed. On the bottom level is the bedroom with two queen beds as well as a full bathroom for your convenience. While a family with elementary-aged children would be comfortable here, a group of close friends will love the grown-up slumber party vibe you may get at this cozy lodge.
Additional amenities include coin-operated laundry on site and WiFi so you can stay connected with work or family if needed.
At Heavenly, thrill seekers will love to ski, tube, and board within view of the great blue lake, while “chill” seekers will enjoy spas, fireside lounges, wine bars, and shopping. Grab any forgotten necessities while you’re out for dinner at a local haunt like Rojo’s, which hosts karaoke, then treat the crew to a post-dinner soft serve at Sno-Flake Drive-In. Just across the border are Nevada casinos, like the classic Harrah’s, where you can wine, dine, and test your luck within views of the mountains and lake.
