Just blocks from the St Claude streetcar line and a short walk from Frenchmen Street, our recently renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Featuring a pristine open-concept living area, ample outdoor space, and free off-street parking, this is the perfect location for large groups looking for an authentic New Orleans experience.

THE SPACE

The house offers 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds; bedrooms 2 and 3 have 1 queen bed each. The fourth bedroom has one queen bed and one twin size bed. In addition to the seven beds, there are also two queen size sofa beds in the common space. All beds are feather-soft and feature high quality linens.

The two recently renovated full bathrooms are replete with all the creature comforts of home, including a hair dryer and essential toiletries. All bathrooms, including the half bath, feature heaps of oversized cotton towels for your convenience.

Bathed in natural light, the home’s open-concept living area has been designed for large groups to come together. With no shortage of seating, a flat screen TV with 200+ channels, a designated dining space, and a brand-new kitchen stocked with essential cookware, your group is sure to enjoy a restful retreat from exploring the city here.

Other features include laundry (washer/dryer/iron), high speed internet, and heat & air conditioning. Finally, should you need space to park your car, there is one off-street parking spot available.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Charming, historic, and brimming with modern energy, our neighborhood is perfectly situated for guests who want to experience everything our historic city has to offer. Just blocks away from the Marigny and Frenchman Street, and within easy striking distance of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, this location truly unbeatable! Of note, the famous Melba's New Orleans Po Boys is less than one block away.

GETTING AROUND

While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, there is no shortage of options available to those looking to explore the rest of the city. While Uber/Lyft is always a convenient option, our home is located steps from the St Claude streetcar line, making the rest of the city readily accessible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to stick to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival. If helpful, you may drop your bags off as early as 1:30pm on day of check-in, or you may store your luggage until 12:30pm on day of check-out.

Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). A security deposit is held in escrow which is fully

refundable.

Clean and location is in the middle of everything

I booked this place for a bachelorette weekend. There was 16 of us and the house was accommodating to all. The house was clean and newly remodeled. Everything we needed was there (blankets, pillows, towels, utensils, trash bags etc). The house is on a busy street so you can hear the cars and trucks pass by, walls are thin so you can hear the street noises. The noise did not bother us because we were a bunch of loud girls anyways. For transportation pick up make sure that you are calling an uber or taxi from the back of the house address so that it picks you up on the inner street. Overall check in and check out was easy, Mark provided recommendations in the area and was available if we needed him. Only problem one night my friends told me that when they came home the lights in the house were shut off when they arrived late at night/early morning and they were not able to turn them on, but came back on (i think there may have been a black out) Overall I would recommend this place again.

Beautifully kept space for groups

My friends and I were in New Orleans for a girls trip and Mark's place was the PERFECT place for us. The home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for a large group. Location-wise: easy to get a Lyft or Uber and a quick ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Throughout our stay, Mark was very responsive and communicative, which I very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a bunch of friends!

Awesome place to stay

Great place for larger groups looking for a New Orleans experience. A quick walk to the streetcar line, easy access to the French Quarter, and a great food/bar scene within walking distance made this location ideal for our group. The house itself was true to the pictures, a great space for our group to spend time together and apart, as needed. What really struck me is how much thought had clearly been put into the overall guest experience. A smooth self-check in/out process and quick response times from the host made a big difference for us. Overall, this place exceeded expectations, would highly recommend.
