Check out our website at Abacobluehaven.com for more photos and information! Blue Haven is a 1500 sq. ft 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation home with over 2000 sq. ft. of panoramic deck space overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Tilloo Cay is a tranquil and serene island with beaches on both the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic. Though the island is your secluded paradise, it is only a ten minute boat ride to Hope Town or Marsh Harbor, and other favorites like Cracker P's are just minutes from the dock. Our home features an upstairs master suite with vaulted ceilings, a breakfast kitchen, French doors opening to a private balcony overlooking the sea, and an ensuite with huge walk-in shower with travertine tile. The main level features a kitchen with blue ceramic Caribe tile and tumbled marble trim. The living room opens onto the expansive deck through French doors. Downstairs includes a second bedroom with a queen bed. Another large bathroom with walk-in shower with travertine is also on the main floor. The floors are Indonesian Rosewood and the walls are Canadian white washed Cedar. The house is equipped with refrigerators both upstairs and downstairs, oven and stove, toasters, coffee makers, and blender. On the back deck are a deep freezer for your fresh catch, ice maker to fill your coolers and a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with central air and generator. Rental includes a golf cart for your use. The ride from the dock to the house takes about three minutes on the cart trail. You pass the Sea of Abaco beach access on the way. The ride from the house to the beach on the Atlantic takes about three minutes as well. All distances are easily walked, but the cart makes packing beach supplies (and luggage) much more convenient. A path through the foliage takes you from the house directly down to the Sea of Abaco: perfect for a quick dip or snorkeling.
Blue Haven is an Abaco, Bahamas vacation rental with two bedrooms and two baths.

Why A. Noke chose Hope Town
Tilloo Cay offers the best of two worlds. The island feels secluded with only about twenty homes on the entire two miles. However, it is a short boat ride to the bustle of Hope Town, and an even shorter ride to favorite watering holes like Cracker P's or Firefly. This location allows us the tranquility of a beach on the Sea of Abaco, but just up the path is the Tilloo Cut, a favorite Bahamian surf spot. All good things!
What makes this House unique
Tilloo is centrally located with Lubber's just off shore and Hope Town ten minutes north. Snorkeling and diving at the Sandy Cay reef is just to the south, and is a great stop on the way to Pete's Pub and gallery. This property offers secluded island relaxation, but island-hopping takes no time at all. The Tilloo Cut is offers world-class sport-fishing and surfing!

Breathtaking views, well managed, nicely appointed, private location
Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) had a fantastic stay at "Blue Haven". The owners have generously provided everything you need to enjoy the Bahamas/ Abacos while maintaining your privacy on the charming island of Tilloo Cay. We so appreciate the friendliness/ accommodating nature of the owners and their willingness to share their piece of paradise. Wake up to unobstructed views of turquoise water with birds singing in the trees that surround the property. Enjoy the convenience of the community dock and a golf cart to take you there. It is just a short boat ride to nearby islands and fishing/ diving/ snorkeling. The property manager is easily available and willing to assist if needed. We did not want to leave the serenity and beauty at "Blue Haven".
Words Cant Describe it
Flew into Marsh Harbor, taxi service was awaiting our arrival. Taxi to the grocery store, adult beverage store then to Blue Wave to pick up our boat rental. (26' Stuart, the size helped a few days) then made the trek over to Hopetown and picked up some break and jelly from Vernons, and then headed to Tilloo. Upon arrival at the dock, we knew we had picked the perfect spot even before we docked. Chad was great, he met us at the dock with the golf cart, showed us to the house and all around the house. He checked in on us a few times throughout the week as well. I have to say, the house was awesome. From the decks, to the view, to the tile work; everything was great. We live on a barrier island in North Carolina, so the things that come along with living at the beach came natural to us. We explored trash beach, and then settled in for the evening. Unfortunately, a boat propeller had cut the power line under water that fed Hopetown and Tilloo on our first night. No worries, windows and doors were opened, and we experienced one of the most intense and beautiful lightening storms I have ever seen! It was unreal!
Chad informed us via text about the incident, and the next day we had power. Generator was out of service, but one night without AC was fine.
The Abacos are great. We caught a few nights dinner right from the dock (Triggerfish and Snapper), as well as sight casted to barracudas. Most evenings we ended up on the dock as the sun was setting with a few beverages. They are truly a boaters paradise.
Visited Pete's Pub in Little Harbor, Cracker P's on Lubbers, all the Hopetown restaurants and pubs, as well as the lighthouse.
Man o Way Cay was great, we saw the Albury Brothers Boat Builders and ventured up to No Name and swam with the pigs.
Everything about this property was as good or better than advertised. And we never once turned on the TV.
We will be back to Blue Haven.
Tranquility an hospitality all in one! Home is secluded yet modern and beautiful views. We will be back.
Best way to spend the Christmas Holiday season
The only thing missing was our extended family for Christmas Day. Aside from that I cannot imaging a better way to spend Christmas. Weather was amazing all but 2 days and we were able to get in the water nearly every day. As the east coast bundled up to 30 degrees in central Florida we complained with the locals about the freezing 70 degrees and sunny. I look forward to many more Christmas seasons in blur haven.
Perfect balance of comfort, beauty and privacy
My family had a great trip staying here and no distractions. Close to everything but not in the middle of anything. Luxury and comfort surrounded by undisturbed wilderness. My sons want to return next year. We will return to Blue Haven.
Awesome, beautiful, quiet
