Welcome! The two story luxury and spacious (~1300 sqft) suite has been newly remodeled. It has a cozy living room, patio, and brand new furniture and appliances. It's designed to feel like home and has that warmth of character. This suite has been approved by City of Santa Monica for a home-sharing business license (#217532).

Your rooms: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed; another bedroom with two Twin beds. Each bed has duvet comforter and extra pillows. There are two private full bathrooms each with shower, tub, hair dryer, toiletry, and extra towels. Living room, 6 person dinning table and full kitchen make you feel at home. There are no other units above and below this unit.

Parking: two guaranteed, free, and secured underground parking spaces. If you park on the street, please make sure to read the signs because Monday is street cleaning day.

Neighborhood: Ocean Park is a magical part of Santa Monica, neighbors are friendly and warm, it has become Silicon Beach recently hosting number of high tech companies (Google, Snapchat, Uber, etc.) and is bustling. Just 3 blocks down Ashland is Main Street with restaurants, bars, stores, Santa Monica Beach and to the left is the start of the Venice boardwalk which goes for a few miles. Walk north to the Santa Monica Pier, Promenade, or south to Venice Beach, Abbott Kinney, the canals, and Rose Ave full of restaurants and wine bars. Sunday the Main Street Farmer's Market is just blocks away.

From LAX airport: 8 miles via CA-1 N/Lincoln Blvd. For reference, taking Uber to LAX costs about $12.

Most of Santa Monica and Venice are within walking distance. Make a day of it and explore the Venice Canals, Venice Boardwalk, Abbott Kinney or go north to discover the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade.

With short drive along Pacific Cost Highway(PCH), you are able to get to Getty Villa, Malibu Beach and beautiful Pepperdine University campus.

Rentals: Perry's Cafe on the beach nearby has rentals- Bikes, roller blades, tandem bikes, surf and paddle boards. Prices range from $10/hr to $30 for the day.

We had a wonderful time. Great location. Great host. Would definitely return.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had excellent proximity to the beach and playground for our kids right down the hill without being in the middle of the promenade and pier insanity, but close enough to get there and escape.

FJ was extremely accommodating, letting us check in early and check out late, and even buzzing my wife in when I didn't hear her call.

Girls weekend in LA

Place was good location about 5 blocks from Santa Monica beach. It was perfect size for 4 ladies so all had own bed. Plenty of towels, hot water for showers. Clean. Was perfect for a girls weekend away!

Sizable apartment in a great location

This two-floor apartment has three full bedrooms, 2 baths and a large living room/dining area. Everything is very neat and relatively new. There is ample parking in the garage right below the unit and the owner was helpful, flexible and clear in all his communications. We were a family of 5 - myself and my husband, our two kids aged 5 and 7, and my mother aged 70. It was a perfect setup for us, with my mother in the downstairs bedroom with her own bath and the rest of us upstairs using the queen bedroom for the adults and the other with two twins for the kids. The kitchen does not have many utensils or appliances outside of the basics, but is plenty adequate for cooking simple meals. (We added a mixing bowl and a small blender during out stay!) We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nice Location and Spacious

I very much liked the location near Main Street and easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was spacious for 3 adults, the beds comfortable. Whereas the unit was generally clean, tidy and fairly well stocked, there is visible long accumulated dust on blinds, light fixtures, baseboards. The secure garage with 2 parking spots is a definite plus.

Great Location; Clean, Spacious Apartment Suite

My sister and I enjoyed our long weekend here with our daughters. Great location, close to beaches and shopping. The apartment suite was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The owner was very responsive and let us stay a little later on check out day due to the timing of our flight.
