Velkommen til HoneyPops, vores familie særlige 30A strand tilbagetog. Den sukkerholdige hvide sand i Golfen er kun en kort 10-15 minutters gang væk, gennem vores gated community på Watersound West Beach og på tværs af den maleriske strandpromenade, der spænder over de beskyttede klitter af Deer Lake State Park. Samfundet er på sydsiden af Highway 30A, så der er ingen motorveje eller travle veje til at navigere for at få adgang til stranden. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach og Seacrest er omkring 4 miles mod øst. Seaside og Akvarel er omkring 3 miles mod vest. Alle de vidunderlige shopping og restauranter i området er kun få minutter væk.

13 Full Moon Lane har fire rummelige, sande soveværelser, (ingen køje værelser !!) herunder soveværelse i stueetagen med en konge seng, tv, et stort travertin flisebelagt bad og en walk in closet. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng, TV, en suite badeværelse og et walk-in closet. Den tredje soveværelse har også en dronning seng med et tv. Dette soveværelse deler en hal bad med den fjerde soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge. En hyggelig hule er øverst på trappen med en behagelig dag seng og et tv med en dvd-afspiller.

Nedenunder din familie vil elske den åben grundplan med et veludstyret køkken med granit tællere, gaskomfur, mikroovn opvaskemaskine og et stort center ø med 4 taburetter. De levende område har helt nye møbler, herunder en komfortabel sektionsopdelt sofa og en 40 tommer fladskærms HDTV. To separat spiseområde giver mulighed for at spise i eller spise på den screenede veranda. Hver har plads til seks. Den veranda har også en sektionssofa. Også udenfor er en ny naturgasgrill.

HoneyPops har trådløs adgang i hele huset, fire voksne cykler (herunder en trehjulet), et par strandstole, en udendørs bruser og en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Vores familie elsker også at bruge tid på Watersound's utrolige nul indgangsbassin med tilbagetrækkelige markise cabanas og klubhus.

HoneyPops ejes og forvaltes af vores familie. Hvordan påvirker det dig? Der er ingen skjulte administrationsgebyrer !! Tjek andre priser, og du vil se, at der ofte er $ 400- $ 600 klædt på ugens sats for ejendomsadministratoren. Og du vil handle direkte med os ..... ikke en virksomhed.

Honeypots is a delight

Honeypots is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and location, easy to bike to private boardwalk and beach, Beachy Beach Coffee Co., and Deer Park State Park. Nice home with plenty of space. We enjoyed reading in the screened in porch. There is a neighborhood pool, which was a delight. Ann was great a host, tops in communication. Obviously like, as this was our second stay here!

Perfect getaway week!

We had an incredible week away for spring break. Amongst a busy 30A this time of year, the quiet neighborhood with heated pool and beach access was perfect! House was clean with everything we could need, owners were responsive and helpful, and we look forward to coming back!

Another great visit in the books at this wonderful property and in this wonderful community. While it rained a little more than we would’ve liked the house and watersound west in general did not disappoint. Ann is a superb host who is very responsive and maintains a beautiful property. We feel fortunate to have stayed here twice now and look forward to staying again in the future.

Home away from Home ❤️

We absolutely loved it here! There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and having everything there I needed to cook a few meals was great! The kids loved the bikes and how they could just ride to the pool and beach and as a parent I loved how it felt like such a safe area that I didn’t have to worry about them doing so! We only had one issue with the air upstairs. I messaged Ann who replied immediately and had her guy there within the hour and it was fixed! You simply cannot beat what an amazing host she is! Perfect location. Perfect house. Perfect host. Perfect vacation! Thank you Ann for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! We hope to return sooner than later!

Ann truly has thought of everything in this property! It was well equipped with everything we needed. Her communication was great and made us feel welcome. The location was great! The beach access was on a less crowded spot on the beach which made the short-ish walk worth it!

We had a great week!

Definitely recommend. Community pool was great for our grandkids. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very good about communicating with us. The beach is beautiful although a pretty good walk or bike ride from the house.

Honey of a time at Honeypops

Lovely rental, lovely location. In a gated community, maybe 5 minute walk to somewhat heated pool (pleasant), and then about 10 minutes walking on boardwalk to ocean, or there are three adult working bikes. Close to a cute coffee/restaurant, can walk or bike. Host Ann was very kind. Great rental!

Wonderful stay!

We had a absolutely fantastic trip! Ann could not have been any nicer or accommodating! She truly makes you feel like a guest. The house was super clean, beds comfortable, beach items met all our needs, bikes, kitchen well stocked, honestly everything you need to make your stay perfect. Our favorite part was the pool. It was an easy walk and by far the most beautiful pool we have ever had on a vacation. The beach was beautiful and a beautiful walk from the pool to the beach. The neighborhood is away from the hustle bustle but a very short drive to anything you want. The Hub was so fun and had delicious food!! We would defiantly recommend this house. We had two grandparents, two parents with an 11, 5, and 18 month old.

Beautiful Beach House!

We had a wonderful week with our family. HoneyPops had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. From our three young children to our grandparents, everyone had a fabulous time. The beach was beautiful and never crowded and the pool and beach boardwalk were both awesome. We will definitely be back again hopefully soon!

Wonderful stay

Ann and the property were great. We had a family beach trip with 70-6 year olds and everyone had a wonderful time. House was perfect! Neighborhood is private and tranquil. The beach was private, never crowded. We would definitely stay here again

Thanksgiving trip

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The space at the top of the stairs worked great for our oldest to have his own gaming space. The beds were all fantastic and everyone slept great. Also, the owners are very accessible for questions.

Such a great experience! You really get the feeling that you are staying in a family home. The owner is lovely and super responsive. The house is beautiful and extremely well appointed. I would recommend this home to anyone. We had problems with two of the bikes that were provided, but the owner rented two bikes for us very quickly. Problem solved!

Very efficient and detailed check in instructions supplied 1 week in advance. Property clean and well maintained. Quiet/ gated community with great beach not Crowded. Might be a drawback to some but loved no golf carts allowed- just bikes

Fun at Honeypops

This property is everything you need for your family’s beach vacation. It is a clean,spacious,and comfortable place, quiet neighborhood,beautiful and extremely well kept pool within walking distance or if you want bikes are provided to ride . The path to the beach is a lovely walkway. My kids and granddaughters had a great and relaxing time.

Excellent location and great house!

HoneyPops had everything for our family! Large living, dining, and kitchen area to spread out and eat and cook together. We made almost every meal at the house, and the kitchen was well equipped. The counterdepth fridge was a little small for our big family, but we made do with extra coolers. The gas grilled has a dedicated gas line and so grilling was easy! All of the bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space and big closets for luggage and clothes. The screened in porch was a great space to relax and read, with big bushes hiding the other homes. Ann and her family have bikes and beach/pool gear galore. We only had to rent two bikes for the tweens and with the gated community they were able to bike around the neighborhood. The zero-entry pool was a big hit for the kiddos and a quick bike ride or walk from the house, and there was plenty of parking by the pool if the walk is too far for some. The deepest section was only 4 1/2 ft which made it worry free for us! I was concerned that the hike to the beach would be too far, but with bikes it was a breeze (and so pleasant as you rode over the lake with all the frogs!). There are NO STAIRS to the beach, which made the final short walk from the bike drop off to the shore super easy. We even saw other guests in beach wheelchairs. There were red and double red flags while we were there, but the beach access was immediately next to the edge of Deer Lake, and the kiddos played in that shallow water when they couldn't get in the ocean (a huge save). Many other spots on 30A were so overcrowded, but with Watersound West being right next to the state park, we never felt crowded. (Be aware this neighborhood is not at Watersound & the Hub, but just west of that.) Ann was wonderful, checking on us to make sure we arrived and answering any and every question we had. We have stayed in many other places along 30A and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay @ HoneyPops

We just wrapped up a fantastic week at HoneyPops in WaterSound West. Our travel party consisted of my wife and I, our 6 year old and 3 year old twins as well as their uncle and fiance. The house was absolutely perfect for a party of this size. We've been renting along 30A for almost a decade now and this was BY FAR the most well appointed home we have ever stayed at. It is also located in a great spot within the community - not too close to the entryway/highway and actually very close to the pool and bridge to the beach. We would definitely love to come back and are already talking about it for 2022! Ann is a phenomenal owner/host and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We are the Stevens Family from Nashville, Tennessee. We purchased HoneyPops in the fall of 2016 fulfilling a life dream of having our own beach house! Our little family has vacationed along the Gulf since our two boys were babies. Now they are grown and on their own and we still love our time together at the beach. We hope to continue to build lasting bonds and memories here in our home away from home.

This stretch of the Gulf Coast has always been our favorite. It's close to EVERYTHING, but not in the middle of the crazy business of the larger areas. The gated community provides privacy and safety for walkers and children on bikes.

HoneyPops has the perfect floor plan for a family vacation. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the open living room for everyone to gather. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are no "bunk rooms". All bedrooms have closets, doors and windows!
