This home is tiled throughout and tastefully decorated with new furnishings. Our home is equipped with high speed wireless DSL and cable. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertop is attached to the Media/Family room that overlooks the pool/backyard area with high ceiling and large windows. The Media/Family room is equipped with large widescreen TV. Our community amenities include 24-hour fitness center and resort-style pool and spa.

We loved the place the dipping pool and hot tub in the back yard and the main pool and gym
There were four of us on holiday for 10 days. We loved the house and backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we enjoyed cooking and eating in. It was a super quiet neighbourhood and well maintained. Definitely looking to book next year
A very comfortable base of operations in the Palm Springs area
This is a very comfortable and attractive house in a pleasant gated community. The house was clean and well furnished, including basic supplies and cookware, etc. The beds and linens were very good. The heated pool and spa, within the house's walled back yard (spa connected to the pool with a pleasant overflow waterfall), are especially attractive.
We would have given our stay five stars, except that a few of the house's fixtures and appliances needed maintenance - a toilet didn't work right, a faucet leaked, the washing machine and the microwave went out and had to be replaced. With assurance that those things had been taken care of, we would gladly stay there again. The owner was pleasant and responsive.
The house's location in eastern Cathedral City was more convenient to I-10 and points north, east, and south than to downtown Palm Springs. It is convenient to PSP (airport), about 10 minutes west off Ramon Drive.

We loved staying in Steve's Home. Did not need all the room, but it was very nice.
My absolute favorite is the warm salt water pool. Hope to stay again sometime.

Delightful Vacation Rental
This home is a delight - spacious, well appointed, well provisioned, clean and comfortable. The dipping pool is just right for, well, dipping. We hope to stay here again.
