My beautiful studio apartment is located right in the heart of Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. All the best places to visit in Seattle, from the Pike Place Market to the beautiful waterfront, the Seattle Aquarium to the Seattle Center are just a short walk away. In addition to an incredibly convenient location I also offer a covered, secure parking space just across the street from the building. And don't let the idea of a studio apartment make you think this place is small. With approximately 600 square feet there is plenty of leg room. The kitchen is an especially spacious area to enjoy some local cuisine of your own creation. The unit includes free wi-fi and cable for those rainy days inside as well as a desk that can be used as a work station and a laundry room right down the hall. I hope you will enjoy my place as much as I have. It doesn't get more Seattle than this!

What makes this Apartment unique
Unbeatable location for first time or returning visitors to Seattle. Within walking distance to excellent dining, entertainment, movies, shopping and more. And a parking spot in the middle of downtown Seattle is not a bad bonus as well

close but no cigar
The rave reviews by others may have been by younger folks – but first, what we liked:
Location is wonderful. Walking distance to SAM, the Space Needle and sculpture park, the amazing Public Library, Pike Street Market (the Ferris wheel is grand after dark). Great restaurants within a block or two. Major shopping areas close by.
Also some nice features - Granite counter tops and self closing cabinets. The parking was very easy and a great benefit.
What we didn’t like (shades of my old student loft):
1. THE NOISE. The apartment is below grade with windows directly on the street side. You will hear the conversation of every person who walks by on the way to work, the screech of the 2 a.m. delivery truck, the exhortation against the world of the drunk at 3 a.m. and every car with a bad muffler. The neighbors added to this with “thump-a-thumpa” “workout” music that started the minute they got home and lasted until they hit the sheets. It wasn’t loud enough to hear anything but the unrelenting base at a low level. Bring your MACS earplugs!
2. The bed is on the floor – that is obvious if you look closely at the photos – but for some reason it just blew by our perception. When you get to a “certain age” the bed on the floor is not romantic. Neither is a waffle cone foam mattress - the old bones just don’t quite get comfortable. And my pet peeve – overstuffed foam pillows. How anyone can use them for anything relating to sleep is beyond me.
3. The place was vaguely dingy. At first site spotless. But the grime around the edges, the mildew and stray hair in the shower, the spilled sticky substance in the kitchen cabinet, the throw rug with a few “leftovers.” You get the drift…don’t wear your white gloves.
I think for some folks this would be a perfect spot to explore the city center. For us, we were glad to get home!
The apartment was very convenient to my conference, and the free parking was definitely a plus. But this is a street level apartment on a busy downtown street. Loud street noise from 5AM until 11PM, people walking by all evening. I didn't receive any check in or parking information from the owner until I reached out after my arrival in Seattle. And the apartment wasn't clean - dirt under the TV stand and long blonde hairs on the bed cover. I almost wonder if they forgot I was coming.
Adequate but not Exceptional
While I have rented from Home/Away, VRBO and other similar services, I would not call myself a frequent consumer in this area, however, of the 5-10 times that I have, I am giving this rental one of my lower ratings. To be fair, the place was reasonably clean, as advertised (except where indicated below) and reasonably priced. Here is my evaluation - I would not use the adjective "gorgeous" to describe the unit. This is a basement apartment, windows at street level. I cannot remember whether or not this was mentioned, but if it was I missed it. It can be noisy at night when people walk by. In addition there is no AC in the unit. Granted Seattle is quite cool anyway, but I never thought to check this (if there was AC, I could not find it). Finally, the bed was the biggest issue. The mattress was not the most comfortable and seemed to tilt to one side. It was not very comfortable, at least for me. The bath area was nice except for some mold in the shower area, We did not use any of the cooking facilities. In addition, the manager was easy to contact, and was helpful in promptly providing extra towels. The parking across the street was easy to access, however, the "drop off" spot mentioned in the listing was usually parked in, during our 3 day stay. Fortunately there was another self serve parking lot right next to the complex, which usually had empty spots. We pulled in there and used it for luggage, unloading, and loading without paying.
Great location! Loved the FREE no worry parking garage right across the street.
The biggest challenge for us would be unloading and loading as there seemed to have been vehicles parked out front the entire time in the 3minute unload section. We managed to make it work out though.
Bed was surprisingly very comfortable and coffee maker worked well so between that and the location with ease to walk anywhere in town, would make this place perfect and a definite for us the next time we are in town.
Awesome location! Enjoyed the super easy check-in.
This is a great get away for two! The location can't be beat! The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
Great place. Great location. Easy parking.
Great place. Great location. Easy parking. When it was time to check out, we just left our car in the parking garage and walked the Pike Place Market for lunch.
