About Paul Webler
Co-Owners Paul and Tom skiing the greatest snow on earth. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and are hoping you will come visit soon.
Paul Webler purchased this Condo in 2012
Why Paul Webler chose Park City
We've been skiing Utah's famous annual 500 inches powder for over a decade. The skiing here is remarkable. Prospector Square in Park City is a great place to visit year round because it is so centrally located to everything Park City has to offer. The summers are so relaxing up here. Come stay with us and enjoy a week of skiing, a summer concert, mountain biking, the summer farmers market, the fall colors, or for a anniversary get away. We are adjacent to the Park City Convention Center which makes business or leisure stays easy.
What makes this Condo unique
Our condo is newly remodeled and convenient to so much in Park City; Skiing, the Rail Trail, Main Street and all the things there is to do. Don't forget to come during summer and enjoy some of the great free mountain concerts, mouintain biking, Main Street Art's Festival, and Parade of Luxury Homes. Discount passes are available at the front desk to go enjoy the amazing pools at the Silver Mountain Spa behind the resort.

Great home base to explore.
The condo was great. It was clean, comfortable and convient. We slept great on the sleep number bed, (we may have to get one now), and the hide-a-bed was great for our daughter. Being close to the hot tub was a bonus. Parking was easy. Great location for walking to places to eat and the grocery store. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We enjoyed our stay.
Noisy, Strange Smell, Poorly Equipped
Noticed an unpleasant smell in the hallway going to the condo, found a different less unpleasant, but strange odor inside the condo. The heater is very loud and woke me up several times when it turned on in the night. The fridge compressor is also quite loud and vibrates some loose connection inside when it kicks on. The TV reception was terrible. There was a Keurig in the unit, but no pods, although sugar and creamer were provided. There was shampoo, but no soap or conditioner (fine for me, I bring my own). A bundle of sheets wrapped in plastic was left on the bedside table. There was an extra pillow, but it was sitting on a shelf with no pillow case or wrap. I slept fine. The shower was hot. Meh.
Father / Son Ski Trip
My son and I took a ski vacation to Park City and had a blast! The condo is basic, but met our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located to everything in Park City.
The only item that was less than ideal was that the mattress on the bed wasn’t very confortable. It’s not a deal breaker, but it could use an upgrade.
This condo / property are not flashy, but it’s a great deal for those needing basic accommodations to crash after a full day.
You get what you pay for!
For the price in Park City this condo is a fair price and value. Not a "LUXURY". Real basic. The location is a few miles from Main Street so even if you have a car-a bit of a slog. and when its freezing outside who wants to take a bus?
The BED is horrible Paul please change the mattress. It has a huge sag in the middle-either sleeper falls into/leans into in the center o the bed. So lousy sleep.
The place ws clean, kitchen well stocked and the building was quiet. You do have to go to the office a few buildings down to get your door cards.
No ice machines? Maybe the front desk has but a hassle to go over there.
I called the front desk to ask basic questions about where to park to ski at park city. the rep barely spoke English nor understood it-as many young workers around-so she could not answer any of my questions! Frustrating and not what one is paying for.
If you want a basic affordable place to stay it is fine. I hope some or all of this can be improved.
Had a great weekend staying at this property. It is a great place for a couple. Close proximity to the hot tub. Everything was super clean.
Cute and comfortable studio
Three of us stayed here for a week of Christmas skiing. The studio was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and just what we expected.
It's not spacious at 350 sq. ft., but perfectly suitable for being at the affordable end of Park City housing options. The bathroom and sleeping arrangement (with a fold-out sofa) worked okay, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfasts and simple dinners. Overall, we were pleased and had a great week here.
The location is right on a shuttle line, which makes it easy to get back and forth to the lifts or downtown. There are also a few good restaurants close enough for walking.
Our Condo is just minutes to all the Park City Ski resorts and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Perfect for winter or summer stays. There is a full service grocery store within a mile as well as the Park City Outlet mall. Enjoy the brand new Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa right next door! Guests staying at the Prospector enjoy discount passes and services.
