Our two bedroom two bath end unit Condo in Breck is perfect for families who don't want to drive anywhere while they are on vacation. This corner unit Condo is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Quicksilver Lift and the base of Peak 9. When you are done skiing you are just a block away from Main Street Breckenridge. You can also take advantage of the large pool and 4 hot tubs available to the complex.

This two bedroom two bath condominium at "The Columbine" sleeps eight comfortably and includes free WiFi. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and has a washer/dryer in the master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 double. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space. The living area contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a cozy gas fireplace in the main living area and a guitar provided for guests to use. Off the main living area there is nice sized deck complete with propane grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to get ready for a day hiking, shopping, or on the slopes, even a Keurig!

We are Kip and Becky Blackwell. We live in Colorado Springs and love to get away to our home in Breckenridge. We have fallen in love with the town and activities both during the summer and winter. We love being able to park the car and never drive while we are at our Condo. The access to everything Breckenridge has to offer is why we bought this condo the day it came on the market. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We love how close to the slopes this condo is as well as downtown Breckenridge. Walking everywhere is such a bonus. Even though it is close it is extremely quiet nestled in the trees away from the traffic. We couldn't have asked for a better location and are so lucky to have found this Condo!

Well appointed condo that's close to everything

Our group of 5 had a great stay! True to the property description, it's only a few minutes walk to the lifts and to the south end of town. Plenty of pots pans and utensils for cooking too so you can save a little money by dining in some nights. We would definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Breckenridge.

Great place, great location, great time!

The condo was great. It is located right next to one of the lifts and has easy access to all of Breckenridge. It has a nice patio near other condos but still feels relatively private. The kitchen is fully equipped for making great family meals. Great accommodations for a car and mountain gear. Overall great experience!

Third visit...a winner

We once again enjoyed our visit and had fabulous weather and great snow! This condo is SO perfect for skiing off from peak 9, an easy walk to the chair. The condo is well equipped and comfortable for 4 or 6 family. We’ll return!

Fabulous location

We are repeat lodgers because we enjoy the beautifully furnished condo close to the Peak 9 chairlifts. We have family join us on the weekends, and six of us plus a baby fit nicely.

There's no need to drive, as all the restaurants, shopping, and skiing are just outside your door.
