Why Debbie Rackard chose Santa Rosa Beach

30A is the best of the best beach locations in Florida. It's "old" Florida redefined in luxury. The sugar white sand beaches are literally like powder. The "Emerald Coast" is appropriately named. We chose this home in this neighborhood as it offers quiet serenity and also so close to all the "action". The lakefront home is expansive and welcoming. The Forest Lakes neighborhood of Craftsman style homes with walking paths, walking docks, fishing docks, ample natural flora and backs a state park. The community pool and recreational area are diagonal from the home. The large greenspace is perfect for a family pick-up ball game.

What makes this house unique

We love the screened in back porch overlooking the lake. We love having 2 master bedrooms to offer both privacy and access for those who don't want to climb stairs. The farmhouse table, bench and furnishings are casual beach and very "30A" style. We've just completely furnished the home (Dec 2016) with 100% brand new furniture, bedding, linens, everything you might need or want during your stay. The 6 passenger golf cart and the 4 "taxi" coastal cruiser bikes make cruising to the beach or up and down 30A a blast!

We stayed in Penny's Paradise for a week in early fall 2017....the weather was nice and the beach was beautiful. I have no questions now why it is called the Emerald Coast....the water really is Emerald green, reflecting off the white sand on the bottom, in stark contrast to the sugar white sand on the beaches. The beaches of 30A are gorgeous, and combined with the friendly locals and upscale neighborhoods, Penny's Paradise is truly the vacation paradise it is touted to be. When not at the beach or cruising the Forest Lakes neighborhood in the golf cart, the front porch swing was nice, as were the evenings spent on the screened back porch overlooking the lake. The house has all the amenities of home. A full kitchen with all new kitchenware (including a Keurig), big screen TV's everywhere, an extra fridge in the garage, a pool across the street, a playground, and six bikes in the garage. The owners even include a bike trailer for hauling kids and stuff, but we mostly used the big red golf cart. We cruised the streets and used the golf cart to go to dinner at "Local Catch", and even all the way to "Stinky's" restaurant. Everything in the house was clean like you'd expect in a five star hotel, and the beds were super comfy. The loft was perfect! Watching TV and hanging out there was the boys favorite late night thing to do. We look forward to returning, and seeing more of what the area has to offer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Awesome home!! First class all the way!!!

This is truly a lovely vacation home with all of the extra touches seldom seen. Conveniently located minutes from the beach in a quiet serene setting. The back door leads to a screened porch with a breathtaking view of the pond that host fish waiting for a hook to drop in the water with none other then a hot dog for bait!!

The front door invites you to the porch with a wonderful swing and a swimming pool just steps away. And when leaving through the garage door the 6 passenger cart brings a smile to everyone’s face and away you go to try out the great restaurants! Extra refrigerator in the garage is so handy along with the bikes and beach chairs.

What's way to spend the winter!

We have been absolutely charmed by our wonderful four month stay at Penny's Paradise!

It is evident from the care and attention to detail that Patty takes pride in providing a great vacation home experience to her guests. She is extremely responsive and made sure our arrival and stay went smoothly.

We loved the calming color tones of Penny's top of the line decor. Luxurious linens, spotless

glassware, every kitchen utensil ever made.....the list goes on and on!

Morning coffee on the comfy porch overlooking the lake was the norm. A short golf cart (❤️)

ride to the beach followed. We sometimes had the gorgeous beach all to ourselves! If we weren't tuckered out after that the bikes would come out!

To sum it all up, it was the best four months ever! We're hooked on Blue Mountain Beach!

Nothing but Wonderful

Our family of four has spend an incredible relaxing and comfortable week at Penny’s Paradise. Not only have we enjoyed the quaint setting of the home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a small lake, but also the beautiful costal decor, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and more in and around the house. Not sure, if we had a better time with the fun golf cart rides to the nearby gorgeous beach, or with our adventures when we took the bikes out to explore the area. Both, golf cart and bikes, were an appreciated luxury to have. Once we went grocery shopping for the week, there was no reason to even get in the car. The community pool is footsteps from the home and our children enjoyed jumping in the pool after coming home from the beach. The homeowners, Debbie and Dennis, prepare the house for you that you feel home the minute you walk in. We were on vacation from the very first moment on. There was nothing we missed, nothing that needed attention, nothing that could have been cleaned better, nothing that could have been better prepared or provided. Thank you, Debbie and Dennis, for a perfect week of relaxation and comfort in your beautiful home. We can’t wait to be back to the 5 star paradise!

Penny's was Perfect!

My family and I stayed at Penny's. I wasn't completely sure what to expect other than the pictures. They were EXACTLY what it looked like inside. Beautifully decorated throughout. It was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in by far. They thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the rest of the home; just perfect. Our kids loved the bikes and rode all around the neighborhood. They enjoyed the pools, the playground and even fished. We took the golf cart to the beach, for ice cream and to dinner several nights as well. It was so close to the beach! Debbie was wonderful to work with, very communicative before, during and after our stay. We plan to be back in 2018 for sure. It was Perfect!

LOVELY HOME!

We had the perfect vacation at Penny's Paradise. It is a beautiful home that is perfectly appointed. No detail is overlooked. If you are the least bit picky, and wish for everything to be immaculate, this is the place for you! The neighborhood is lovely, too. Pool is right across the street from this home. Beach is a very short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is street legal and we used it along 30-A a lot. The owners are very kind and extremely easy to work with. They also live in the area so they are 'there' if anything were to go wrong. You can't miss with this rental vacation home!

Penny's Paradise on 30A Terms and Conditions. The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 PM local time on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 10:00 AM local time on the ending date of the lease. This is a Saturday to Saturday Rental. During high season, some units may not be ready by 4 p.m., your patience is appreciated. No early check-ins are permitted.

NOTE: Full names and cell phone numbers are required to be provided prior to checkin for each occupant over the age of 12. Valid IDs matching names may be required at checkin to match names provided. No occupants other than the number on the original lease shall occupy the residence. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Proof of parent of each minor may be required. No chaperoned groups.

Failure to disclose occupants and/or non-matching IDs at checkin may result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental monies paid. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
