NOTES ABOUT RATES, COSTS, CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, and BOOKING
1. Cleaning fees of $145 and associated 4:00 PM Check In and 10:00 AM Check Out. The amount of work and cost to clean the unit and prepare it for the next vacationer is the same regardless of the length of your stay. The check in and check out times posted provide the necessary time for the cleaning crew to turn the unit to make it available to you and the next vacationer coming after you. As such, please understand that if your plans require the use of the unit past check out time on the day of departure, this will push its availability to others coming after you for their 4:00 pm check in to the following day, and you will be required to book this additional day even though you may not be spending the night. This also will be appropriately reflected in the calendar and so duplicate or overlapping bookings are avoided.
2. Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site. Additional information concerning these services can be discerned by clicking the “?”.
3. Sales tax of 12 % for short term vacation stays must be paid to the state of Georgia and local Glynn County.
4. A $500 damage deposit is required. Please contact me within 2 hours of your arrival to report damage you discover and to insure it is not your responsibility. We rely on our cleaning crew to report to us the state of the unit after each tenancy, and they are human, and sometimes things are missed.

We love SSI and wanted a property that we could use and as well obtain some income to defer expenses. The other available options on the island were in the form of property that was in many cases over 30 years old. What a splendidly, marvelous place!!! Everything was absolutely perfect! It was furnished and decorated like something in a magazine. We had such a lovely time, and we didn’t want to leave! The owners were absolutely precious making sure we had everything needed to make the most of our stay. They even recommend some of the local flavor. This was a fantastic experience. I will certainly stay again in the future.
We experience such joy when the care we take in preparing our home for others to enjoy is appreciated. Thank you for patronage and for taking care and respecting the property so others after you can have an opportunity to experience the same!

Relaxing and great proximity to restaurants.
My wife and I chose St. Simon Island to escape the everyday chaos of work and our darling children. Guy's townhouse was an excellent choice for us because of the short drive to town. His community has a great pool that is very relaxing. The house was very roomy and well appointed. I would however, recommend a couple of led nite lights for us who are not familiar with the surroundings. We enjoyed Savanna's riverfront and traveling to Northern Georgia to sample wine in the countryside. Even though Guy and I experienced a moment of miscommunication; Guy came forward and explained that there was a simple misunderstanding. He was a gentleman for doing so. I am very pleased with the resolve and respect him for being honest with me. I would highly recommend this property for couples or families looking for an exceptional value on an upscale property. Paradise by the ocean!
My family and I loved this townhouse!! From the minute we walked into the beautiful and spacious dining room, the kitchen with its upgrades, and family room to the lovely bedrooms upstairs, everything was perfect and the home was immaculate!! It is in a great location, close to the village of St Simons Island and to the beach. The community pool was a brief walk from the townhouse and a perfect way for my kids and I to relax and have fun at the end of the day.
The owner is very attentive to our needs. He responded immediately to any questions that we had and is extremely pleasant.
My children are already asking if we can stay at your house again. I told them definitely yes!! We can't wait for our next visit!
