Upon arrival, no need to worry about running to the store for immediate necessities. The unit is furnished with initial supplies:

2 rolls of bath tissue per bathroom

1 box of facial tissue per bathroom

1 roll of kitchen paper towels

1 trial size bottle of dish detergent

2 Finish dishwasher tablets

1 packet of laundry detergent (1 load )

1 bath soap for every bath faucet

NOTES ABOUT RATES, COSTS, CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, and BOOKING

1. Cleaning fees of $145 and associated 4:00 PM Check In and 10:00 AM Check Out. The amount of work and cost to clean the unit and prepare it for the next vacationer is the same regardless of the length of your stay. The check in and check out times posted provide the necessary time for the cleaning crew to turn the unit to make it available to you and the next vacationer coming after you. As such, please understand that if your plans require the use of the unit past check out time on the day of departure, this will push its availability to others coming after you for their 4:00 pm check in to the following day, and you will be required to book this additional day even though you may not be spending the night. This also will be appropriately reflected in the calendar and so duplicate or overlapping bookings are avoided.

2. Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site. Additional information concerning these services can be discerned by clicking the “?”.

3. Sales tax of 12 % for short term vacation stays must be paid to the state of Georgia and local Glynn County.

4. A $500 damage deposit is required. Please contact me within 2 hours of your arrival to report damage you discover and to insure it is not your responsibility. We rely on our cleaning crew to report to us the state of the unit after each tenancy, and they are human, and sometimes things are missed.

We love SSI and wanted a property that we could use and as well obtain some income to defer expenses. The other available options on the island were in the form of property that was in many cases over 30 years old. We thought why would somebody stay at a 30-year old refurbished (or not) condo elsewhere when you can have newly-constructed state of the art open concept design and architecture at an affordable price here at Mariners Landing.

What makes this townhome unique

Short walk to Epworth Retreat and Gascoigne Park and pier. The unit itself, while a very spacious 3 bedroom/2.5bath townhome at 1740 heated/cooled square feet, feels even bigger with 9 ft ceilings on both levels, and with an additional separate 300 square foot garage.

Southern hospitality at its finest!!

What a splendidly, marvelous place!!! Everything was absolutely perfect! It was furnished and decorated like something in a magazine. We had such a lovely time, and we didn’t want to leave! The owners were absolutely precious making sure we had everything needed to make the most of our stay. They even recommend some of the local flavor. This was a fantastic experience. I will certainly stay again in the future.

Great for our family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The well-decorated and well-designed home worked great for us. It was comfortable and quiet. We found the beds to be comfortable as well. While not beachfront, it was close to everything on the island. Our children enjoyed the pool which was a short walk away. We enjoyed other activities on the island too.

Guy was great to work with and we had no issues. Thank you for sharing your property!

Enjoyable stay

Very nicely decorated, comfortable townhome. Furnishings all seemed new and in good shape. Location was very convenient to island restaurants and shops, as well as to Brunswick. Owner was very helpful with communication detailing directions to the home and providing contact information if needed. Had a very enjoyable (although too short) stay.
