House was nice for the most part, pool was nice. Very clean!
We had problems with air conditioning. We got there late at night and it was 81, so we set to 74. It never got below 78, all night. We turned air conditioning off and fan on to “defrost” the system as that’s all we could think would be the problem, and the ceiling vent in the kitchen started dripping. So we had a pot catching water in the middle of the kitchen all week. After the air wouldn’t cool below 76, a few days in we noticed a huge puddle in the garage. The air conditioner was now leaking from the drainage pipe in garage, so we placed a bucket there that we had to empty 1-2 times a day. Sort of a pain to worry about the water leaking from 2 separate places on what should have been a relaxing vacation. I was worried what other vents would start leaking, making sure none of our stuff was underneath, as I didn’t want anything of our ruined.
Day 2 of being there we noticed the toilet in the master gurgled everytime the water was turned on anywhere else in the home. By the last day the shower in the master was draining very slow and when the toilet was flushed it seemed to come back up the shower drain.
Air conditioner seemed too small for the house and definitely needs to be replaced. And there is some serious plumbing issues at the house that seem like have just been bandaided over time instead of fixed.
My husband would text the property manager and it would take a few hours st least to hear back about the water problems we were having. She did send someone out to look in the crawl space, but they found nothing. The water continued to drip.
Our Property Management company is taking care of many properties listed on VRBO. We are always proud to receive nice reviews from our guests, but welcome those not that pleasing, so we work on improving our service.
All guests' comments, complaints and messages are always answered in timely manner to be sure our guests are safe and happy. I, the property manager checked on our communication with last guests - all were answered within 30 min and service was sent there at first available time.
Just to explain some facts, we have not learned about the A/C not cooling properly from guests till last day. We responded to water dripping in the kitchen, but had to wait till the rain will stop to do further inspection. Since that, It was professionally inspected, cleaned and it is cooling sufficiently again.
The drainage problem was not described as urgent and in entire house, so we waited till guests departed. The master bathroom drains have been professionally repaired since that and draining without problems.
We hope all of our future guests will have a pleasant vacation.

property, a grate place to stay
Our stay on bluewater was very nice. The house was well kept and clean, only wish we could have stayed longer. This area is near to everything, a lot to due. Monika was very helpful, a small glitch on the first day but was taken care of at once by Monika.

Beautiful and Romantic
My fiance and I never wanted to leave this beautiful and comfortable home. Located close to everything - restaurants, beaches, parks, and bars - and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home, and absolutely loved the private pool surrounded by tropical flowering plants. We can't wait to return next year!
Clean modern living
Stayed with my family for a fortnight. The property was a home from home clean and spacious. Had an issue with the pool but this was rectified extremely quickly (within an hour to be precise).
The property is a short drive to both siesta key and turtle beach and even closer to all the amenities like publix and a good selection of restaurants.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay at this property.

This property was spotless, comfortable, newly renovated, and ever so comfortable. All our needs for our beach trips were available - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The home is located in a well-kept neighborhood; quiet and lovely. The pool in back was spotless, and the outdoor space was perfect. We hope to use this home for our frequent trips to Sarasota in the years to come. Stores, restaurants, entertainment, and beaches are all close by. There was everything we needed to prepare meals in the beautiful kitchen, along with a beautiful family dining space. Thank you Monika.

Rates are subject to 12% tax. Holiday surcharge is $ 100/week for New Year's Eve, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas. Pool heating is extra $ 50/week if requested.
