There's pergo flooring throughout and a beautiful comfortable full size bed. Sliders lead you to a private deck where you can bbq on the grill and enjoy the "chat seating set". Being an end unit, there's extra sunlight, not to mention the ocean breeze that will flow through with all new windows for 2018. The flat screen TV can be watched from your bed or while relaxing on the couch. The condo has air conditioning for those hot summer days. There are two common outdoor showers located at the complex which guests of the complex are welcomed to use. If you are looking for the perfect little place with a 3 minute walk to the ocean, look no further, this is it! Units this close to the beach don't last and of course we have password protected WIFI. Being an end unit, you have more privacy and more windows. There's a cute little table for two in front of the bay window so you can eat your breakfast and look out and 'people watch' families walk to the beach. Relax on the deck and read a book (shaded a good part of the day). The beach is 2 tenths of a mile, 3-4 minute walk at a normal pace. This unit is for 2 people only according to maxiumum occupancy permit which is posted in the unit.

You can walk to a few restaurants from the condo (Sailing Cow, Hot Dog Shack and Joeys Pizza) and if wanting to visit a few more (another 5-10 minute walk, you have Chapins Beach Bar, Sanddollar and Cleat and Anchor. There's a convenience store/deli also at the end of the street. There's a ton of live music at night at all the surrounding restaurants. I will provide other options on your check in document if you are interested
There's a beautiful tennis court on corner of Lower County and Inman Road for those who want to bring their racquets and the famous Cape Cod bike trail is located minutes away.
Peak season requires Saturday to Saturday check in/out days. Minimum stay is 7 or 14 nights. Much flexibility offseason for check in days/minimum night stays. Cleaning Fee of $45 as posted on website. No Security Deposit required from return guests.
Sorry but absolutely no pets (strictly enforced by owners of association) and no smoking allowed in unit or on grounds of complex..

VERY IMPORTANT: Linens are NOT provided. For those traveling from abroad/out of state who wish to rent linens, I can provide you with the name of a linen rental company that will deliver linens right to the door day of arrival and will pick them up day you vacate
New Massachusetts Lodging Tax Law was passed on January 1, 2019 and becomes effective July 1, 2019. All guest arrival and departures before that date (July 1, 2019) will be refunded the tax . I personally will be refunding that through Homeaway. Arrivals from July 1, 2019 and going forward will be charged lodging tax of 12.45% (this rate is composed of state, local and cape cod waste management tax)
