Your Condo is a second floor, corner unit, with the extra windows for lighting, and enjoying those tropical breezes.

Fresh Cinnamon Rolls to begin your day are just short walk away, as well as restaurants, fast foods, shopping, souvenirs, and light groceries - you may not even want to rent a car!

There is air conditioning, new carpeting, new furniture, lamps, appliances, ceramic tile, cabinets and counters, over sized mirrors. Your Maui condo offers you all the comforts of home including an upgraded fully equipped kitchen with filtered drinking water. It even includes all new bedding and towels.

Begin your day with refreshing walks along miles of sandy shoreline. Combined, Kam I, II and III beach parks stretch nearly a mile. Follow the path along the ocean and beaches into Wailea is one you'll never forget.

Ocean temperatures range from 75 to 83 degrees. Beach park amenities:

Lifeguards, restrooms, showers, volleyball court, picnic tables, and grills, children’s playground, and grassy areas behind the sand; perfect for family outings with young children.

Kihei Kai Nani Resort of One-bedroom condos, is situated on six acres of Polynesian gardens with an abundance of coconut palms, and plumeria trees. Marvel at the bananas growing right outside your window, enjoy the hibiscus and other tropical flowers throughout.

Cancellation Policy:

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival for low season and 60 days for high season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund may be issued.

My mom and I had a wonderful visit (10 nights). Our first visit back since 2001. We had stayed many times at Kihei Kai Nani but this was our first to Earl’s unit. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a ‘girls’ vacation next year. ? ?

Earl was great to deal with from day 1. He personally phoned us from the states (we are Canadian), to make sure we knew we were dealing with someone legit. Hearing a voice somehow provides reassurance. His directions and notes were very easy to follow and comprehensive. He even personally mailed us a hard copy of everything you need to know about your stay. Great, amazing, fantastic communication and location. We went with the mindset that we'd be out of the VRBO more than we would be in it, so it worked perfect for making breakfast in (and packing lunches). Lots of options nearby to eat out for dinner - either a walk or quick car ride away. Kameoloe II Beach (very suited for families) is literally right across the road, and it's beautiful at all hours of the day. We rented a vehicle for our entire 12 day stay, so it was great to have this place as a home base as we explored everything Maui. We first arrived at night, and it seemed a little sketchy at night because it had a metal security door over the front door, and the pool seemed a bit older than most other pools - but once the daylight shone down and we could see the paradise we were in, it was a non issue. Everything somehow seems scarier in the dark and in the unknown. It was a great spot and it was very safe. We will be back!

Fantastic Value

This Maui condo is perfect for people who want to be incredibly close to the beach without paying the high price. The condo itself is very comfortable, has everything you need for a great stay (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen tools, etc.), is a prime location for gorgeous sunsets at the beach across the street, is next to the pool if you prefer, and is super close to super markets, restaurants, food trucks, and the greatest dive bar next door. In addition, Kihei is a great spot for a variety of beach options, snorkeling, biking, but close enough to visit other parts of the island and airport as well. To top everything off, Earl made the process very easy and clear cut. Definitely will be returning as soon as I can!

Very comfortable condo in a fantastic location!

I can't express enough how comfortable we were. Earl is extremely nice and has equipped the condo with all you might need, not just inside but beach equipment as well. The location is perfect, especially if you enjoy exploring the island. It's so close to everything. If you prefer to just stay nearby, everything you might need (restaurants, shops, c-store, etc) is a short walk away. The onion rings at Moose's next door are the best I've ever had!

I highly recommend reading and utilizing the book 'Maui Revealed' that's provided, along with any tips you can get from Earl.

Well appointed and quiet unit

This unit was overlooking the pool, but had a feeling of exclusion at the same time. It had fully stocked kitchen with any utensils that you would need, beach equipment and towels. This unit was minutes from the beach, pool, restaurant and shopping. It is a very quiet complex and everyone that we came across were friendly and helpful. This unit had a feeling of home from the warmth of the furniture and decorations that were in the unit. Earl was very gracious and helpful throughout the process of renting his vacation home. He was understanding and gave great hints on what to see and where to go for some great eats. I would definitely rent this unit again if ever in Maui and highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo has all the comforts of home, it is across the street from a fantastic beach (with lifeguard), there is a pool and shared laundry facilities as well. Earl gave us so much information about things to do and see - it was great. If we have the opportunity to do this again, we certainly will!

Great Place To Stay

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a visit on Maui. The condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We loved the boogie boards and beach chairs as those were two things we didn't have to rent. We also loved the location- right across from the beach, and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Although we had a rental car during our stay, it is not necessary given the amazing location of this condo. The grounds are quiet, well maintained, and the pool area was beautiful. Earl was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our vacation. We can't wait to return!

• If you reside in the US, we can accept personal checks, bank certified checks, or payments can be made directly into our Wells Fargo account using a branch teller or thru online transfer. Etransfer is also available.
