The master bedroom features a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, second bedroom has a queen bed with with private bathrooom, third bedroom has two full beds with shared common area bathroom. All three floors can be accessed via the private elevator, a huge plus when bringing in heavy luggage, groceries or for anyone with a disability. Parking consists of one fully enclosed garage stall + storage and driveway parking for up to three standard size cars. Beautiful and relaxing
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The deck views of the intracoastal and marina were beautiful. We ate and drank on the deck, swam and SUPed off the dock, and rode our bikes down to the beach. It's also right across the street from the municipal park, a short walk to a handful of restaurants and bars, and a long (beautiful) walk to the main drag of WB. There was a brief issue with the AC, but it was attended to promptly.

Incredible views, access, and furnishings
We rented this property for a month. Views from second and third floor decks were stunning in all weathers! The condo (duplex) is in very good condition, with gorgeous furniture and decor, new appliances, very clean, bright, and airy. Excellent beds, bedding, and three well appointed full baths. The elevator was a huge plus for bringing in luggage and groceries, and to have in reserve in case my elderly mother just didn't want to climb stairs. There's a garage, plus room for two more carefully parked cars. We paddleboarded from the dock-- got paddleboards delivered by Jarrod at Wrightsville SUP. The location is directly across from the town park, with tennis courts, basketball courts and more, and is also a short walk from the beach-- so much easier than paying to park! Lumina Station (shopping center) is a two or three minute drive, and there's a good Harris Teeter grocery right there, as well as several good restaurants. The fabulous Mott's Channel Seafood is a half mile or so away, so we walked to buy fresh fish to cook for dinner often. Nearby is the Causeway Cafe for great classic breakfast. The only negative is that the convenient location means that there is road noise that affects the two road- side bedrooms. Michael (owner) is working on minimizing that! He was extraordinarily accommodating and responsive to requests-- it felt like renting from a friend from the very first contact. Highly recommend! We really miss that view, and sunset cocktails on the top deck.
