The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with two twin sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 4-5 people. The cozy living room is furnished with a futon and plenty of space for a family. A brand new remodeled kitchen this year is fully equipped with all the cookware to prepare your summer meals and enjoy dining on the patio. Situated steps from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and looking for seashells and later watch the sunset from the patio off the main bedroom. *** Renters must provide their own bedding linens.

Perfect location. Adorable condo. Comfortably fit my family of 5 . 3 large grown boys. The owners were very quick to respond and attentive to all our needs . Everything we needed for a fabulous time. Swimming, biking, fishing, great food close by. Would definitely come back! Made great memories . Thank you for sharing your wonderful home . Highly recommend!!

Location, location, location. Great owner to work with.

Our experience was great: before we rented, during our stay, and after checking out. Jerry promptly answered detailed questions about the unit and local things of interest to us! Also, he immediately mailed us something we forgot gratis!

The unit was great for our family of four. The outdoor section was a great bonus. The newly renovated kitchen worked well with the beach feel that had been established.

Within easy walking distance (all less than 1 mile) to: public beach (only about 1 block away), Sailing Cow Cafe, convenience store, and restaurants.

Our 1st trip to cape cod and what a perfect place to stay. Cottage was very clean when we arrived. Perfect short walk to beaches. Great location central to everything for kids and adults. We loved the fact that the girls could swim on the beach while the boys could fish right next to us off the jetty. The only thing missing from this place is a washer and dryer. My family and I cant wait to hopefully go again next summer!

great place great time great beaches

nice little condo. all the modern amenities. perfect for a small family looking for a nice little vacation. a few minute walk to beaches and restaurants. the owners take very good care of the place. only thing we would've liked would be more water pressure in the shower but thats a minor thing. i would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to renting here again next time we go the cape cod.

• Merge onto MA-3 S. via EXIT 7 on the left toward Braintree/Cape Cod – then 43.11 miles

• MA-3 S. becomes US-6 E/Mid Cape Hwy. – then 22.87 miles.

• Follow directions below for exiting the Mid Cape Hwy.

Driving Directions from the West:

• Follow I-90 and Merge with I-495 via EXIT 11A towards Cape Cod/Milford – then 57.90 miles.

• Stay straight to go onto MA-25 E. – then 10.85 miles

• Enter roundabout and take the 4th exit onto MA-6A – then 3.18 miles

• Turn right onto Mid Cape Connector – then .33 miles

• Merge onto US-6 E/Mid Cape Hwy. – then 22.25 miles

• Follow directions below for exiting the Mid Cape Hwy.

Driving Directions exiting US-6 E./Mid Cape Hwy -

• Merge onto Route 134.MA-134 S via Exit 9A toward W. Harwich/Dennisport – then 2.26 miles

• Route 134/MA-134 S. becomes Swan River Rd. – then 1.00 miles

• Turn left onto Lower County Rd. – then 1/3 of a mile

• Turn right onto Old Wharf Rd. – then 1/3 of a mile
