About Grainne Kavanagh
We lovingly designed & built this property in 2008, it was designed to our taste, built by our family & the interiors were designed & completed by Gráinne Kavanagh, a family affair that were are very proud of!
Grainne Kavanagh purchased this Apartment in 2008
Why Grainne Kavanagh chose Dingle
Dingle is our native home and it's an area that we are exceptionally proud of. We have shared our knowledge of this area with guests in our guesthouse Emlagh House for 14 years & it's a wonderful experience to share and enhance our visitors stay with our local knowledge. This location is unique in so many ways, the views of the bay, the 5 minute walk to the marina area of Dingle yet on the Slea Head side of town makes it perfect for sightseeing.

Family of five. We very much enjoyed this property. Would (and will) recommend to friends and family visiting Dingle. Hoping we can get back sooner than later.
Fell in love to Dingle from this perfect location
This apartment is stunning. It sits on the lower level of an ocean front apartment complex. My family of 6 stayed for 3 nights and our only regret is not staying longer. Grainne is INCREDIBLY sweet and hospitable (Her shop, The Coach House, is also worth the visit). The rental is warm and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable visit. You are 5 minutes walk from the distillery, under 10 minute walk to several bars, shops and the grocery store. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms in each bedroom (ample hot water). Dingle itself is the most magical place. I don't want to tell anyone how much I loved it because I want to keep it all for myself. Book this rental and you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much, Grainne!!!!
Thank you so much for your lovely review Jessica & thank you all for staying & making the most of our beautiful area, Dingle tugged on your heartstrings!
It was a pleasure to hosting you & I look forward to having you all back sometime,
We have a marvelous time at this beautiful townhouse in the lovely town of Dingle. The property was beautifully decorated, fully stocked and so very comfy and cozy. Grainne even made us brownies for a welcome treat. She was incredibly responsive whenever we called and a wonderful hostess. Our family had a great time cooking together, relaxing after a day of sightseeing and walking down to the local pub to hear the music each night. Grainne gave us recommendations for restaurants, how to drive the Slea Head Loop, and how to navigate Kilarney National Park. We will definitely come back here and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a beautiful area in a lovely and cozy accommodation. Thanks Grainne and Marion - even our little hot water issue did not mar the wonderful stay.
Thank you very much for staying with us and for enjoying the area. Water switch now back in action, thank you for your understanding.
Grainne and Marion.
Perfect in every way
An absolutely elegant townhouse. Large ensuite bedrooms, complete kitchen, washer / dryer, all the comforts of home. Close enough to the Dingle nightlife (10-15 minute walk) without being in the chaos. A wonderful experience.
A little piece of heaven
We could not have been happier with our 5 day stay in Dingle. The town is so quaint and has more wonderful places to eat than we have ever experienced in such a small place. The Waters Edge was perfect. Grainne was so welcoming. The basic food provisions were waiting for us including the yummy brownies. The home is impeccably decorated ant the little front patio was a great place to sit in the sun and read. One of the nicest places that we have ever stayed.
Extremely Nice Accommodation
This was a really nice apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Dingle immensely.
Located overlooking Dingle Bay at the quite marina side location of Dingle town, Waters Edge is a peaceful stroll to the wonderful restaurants & bars of this vibrant town.
