Dancing Kokopellis is a beautiful three bedrooms, three bathroom home located in a quiet neighborhood just a mile north of downtown Ruidoso. Signature features include a large outdoor deck, open living spaces, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light.
When you enter the dining/kitchen area you will notice a cozy, sunken living room complete with a large TV and plush furniture, . Just a couple of steps above, the kitchen area features modern appliances and hardwood flooring and opens out into a dining table with seating for eight, as well as a breakfast table that can accommodate an additional 4-5 people. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor and features a king-size bed and full, private bathroom. Another bathroom featuring laundry facilities is across from the stairs, just around the corner from the kitchen.
Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. High ceilings give these rooms an airy feel. One bedroom has a king bed and two twins, the other has a both king and queen-sized bed as well as a TV, and both of them feature windows looking out onto both the front and back yards. Plush carpets give these bedrooms an extra-cozy feel.
Out back, the large wooden deck overlooks the fenced-in yard, with benches and trees sprinkled about (and possibly some local deer). The deck features pull-down shades, plenty of seating, and a great view of Sierra Blanca. In addition, the house is very close to White Mountain Sports Complex, which offers playgrounds, tennis, a walking trail around The Links golf course, and our popular local dog park.
Dancing Kokpellis is the perfect place to kick back and relax during your Ruidoso getaway.
Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. We strongly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the winter months.
