This home has more than what the pictures attempt to reveal, it's southern charm is evident at your first look inside. The evenings can be spent swinging on the front porch or out back around the fire pit gathering with friends, family under the stars and hanging lights. Inside the home is lovely with everything you could possibly need for your stay, each room in the house is spacious with many modern upgrades while maintaining the Victorian charm, not to mention the comfortable beds for the end on the day. This beauty has it all for a stay in Jacksonville starting with the charm, to the great location with easy access to downtown, beaches, I-95 & I-10. I would highly recommend this home for your trip into northeast Florida and I would happily stay here again. The house reveals the pride that the owners take in their property and the desire to ensure your stay is pleasant.
Becky, I appreciate you! Your group was awesome, and we look forward to next time!
spacious and comfortable with fabulous front porch
This gracious house is well-located in the historic section of Jacksonville, within walking distance of a Publix supermarket, nice restaurants, and the hospital complex. It was nicely renovated sometime in the past, is still in good condition. Ceiling fans and good a/c kept us pleasantly cool on the hot days. Wonderful front porch!
(Note that there are stairs, indoors and out, which was fine with us but an elderly person might have trouble).
Superb location and very charming home!
We had a wonderful stay here. House is located in close proximity to downtown. Everything was perfect! Thank you!!
Great space for big group— great location!
Home away from home
Our team was traveling for business and truly enjoyed our stay. Menelaos was responsive and a great host. We hope to stay again the next time we are in Jacksonville.
great house - great place for large family gatherings
The house is in a great location and there is enough room inside and out for a large gathering without everyone feeling like they are on top of each other. The owners were very responsive to our special requests. The deposit was refunded promptly. Overall a very good experience!
Home is in Riverside, walking distance to too many fantastic local restaurants, bars and museums to list. 1 block off the river, with convenient access. Also only 2-3 miles from downtown Jacksonville (sports and entertainment venues such as Everbank Field, Jacksonville Landing and Veterans Arena, office towers), and only 15 miles to many beautiful sand beaches.
