Spacious bedroom & bath with a private deck and outdoor area on which to relax.
A private entry from the street opens onto a private deck, French doors open into the suite. The deck overlooks a fountain and flower garden. A goldfish pond with a soothing fountain is surrounded by a flowerbed viewed from both the deck and the pavilion. Tropical foliage and a fountain make this a restful place to relax over morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This can be adjoined to a one-bedroom suite. A laundry facility is available for guests' use.
A massive queen-sized, four-poster bed makes this large 13 x 21 foot bedroom a favorite with guests. The bed and lamps are reflected in the full-length, mirrored closet doors. This room has a number of amenities including color cable TV, ceiling fan, A/C and a snack bar that is equipped with microwave, toaster, refrigerator and coffee maker for our guests' convenience. The private bath with this suite was once a side porch which was enclosed around the turn of the century, and completely renovated in 2010. Maximum occupancy for this suite is two people.

Excellent location. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this site to someone coming to New Orleans.
The Perfect Two-Person Venue
Great location, great apartment, great host in a great walk-almost-anywhere city. With the Frenchmen Street music houses a one-block walk away and countless top-drawer cuisine everywhere you turn, NOLA and this property in particular offers everything a person could want. For non-walkers the trolley is half a block away!!!

Great place, great location
The property looks exactly as advertised.....Scott is a great host! There's a bar across the street, a beignet place up the block, a grocery and pharmacy within a block or so for any forgotten needs. Easy to walk to everything you want to see....highly recommend and will probably stay here anytime we come back.

Fun area right around the corner from everything!
This was perfect for our short trip. Simple one bedroom, full bathroom and a small little kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. The room is a good size too so there was plenty of space. We stayed 4 nights and the location was perfect! Frenchman Street was right around the corner, so there is plenty to do and the French Quarter is about a 10 minute walk or $6 to $7 Uber ride. There is also a grocery store across the street and a Walgreens on the corner so we were able to get everything we needed and forgot to bring without having to spend crazy tourist prices.
Scott was awesome and it was nice to know that if we needed anything he was super attentive. He knows the area super well so gave us some good info on where to go and what to do.
Would love to stay there again when we go back!

Location Prefect... On the edge of it all
Scott is an excellent host. He really takes the time to introduce you to the neighborhood which has a little of everything you need like a grocery across the street, a Po Boy shop on the corner and a daiquiri shop, a Walgreens, a shop that infuses praline into beignets ... The best breakfast we had was three blocks away at Horn's. I had the Crabby Wife (which is funny because it was our 25 anniversary!) - crab cake with two eggs on top and smothered with crawfish etouffee.
Then you go out for the day and do all the stuff tourists come to NOLA to experience...shop through the vendors at The French Market, walk Frenchman's Street and hear the best jazz in New Orleans, meander through Bourbon Street to experience the craziness.
When we left, my wife complimented me on picking the perfect place.

Well-kept, great host, and beautiful property!
Scott is a great host, gives great local recommendations! We tried out a few of them and they were excellent. He’s very accommodating. The property is well-kept and clean. The courtyard is beautiful. The location is the good, it’s quiet and off the beaten path, but close to a great grocery store if you need to run out for something. I do wish it was a little closer to the attractions, so if that’s important to you it may not be the best place. We would Uber over to the FQ and back at night for about $7 each way, so not bad!

I should note, however, that we are only three blocks to the Frenchmen Street entertainment area, six short blocks from the French Quarter and even the farthest away attraction in the French Quarter is a short (20 minute average) walk, a streetcar (1/2 block from our door) ride or a quick UBER drive (only about $7. to the center)! My location is central to many entertainment venues and one of our often-praised assets!!
