Notes:
There are 3 national parks you might want to visit: 25 minutes to the north you'll find Manuel Antonio national park, one of the best parks and one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Marino Ballena national park ("whale tail") in Uvita is 20 minutes to the south. And Corcovado national park is a further 2 hr drive to the south. You'll find good information here : http://costa-rica-guide.com/nature/parks-reserves/ I would recommend taking a guide to make the most of the trails and wildlife. You might also want to visit Nauyaca waterfalls, for a relaxing sweet water swim and picnic.

Private beautiful home with stunning views from anywhere in or outside.

Naama and all property management team were very helpful preparing for our trip answering all of our questions. Being first time travelers to Costa Rica we needed some direction. We were greeted by the very gracious Laura, who gave us great tips on places to go and familiarized our family with home. We spent much of our time enjoying the pool, cooking at the outdoor kitchen, spectacular views, peaceful sounds of the forest. There were many birds and lizards. We named our house pet, a Pazote (essentially a long-tailed raccoon , “ Pazookie”. Don’t let the “chance of rain” deter you, the rain did not interfere with our hikes, beach time, zip-lining, waterfall, wildlife refuge and Manuel Antonio trips. Rather, the rain was welcomed and beautiful while sitting under cover poolside. Our only regret was staying one week instead of two!

A slice of paradise!

  • 5 of 5

The view and serenity of this home are incredible. Views from everywhere, yet surrounded by jungle. The home is well-equipped and comfortable. The outdoor gas grill and eating area really makes eating outdoors enjoyable too. The road in is an adventure -- arriving for the first time in daylight is advisable. After that, it's kind of fun but you really do need a four wheel drive. The local hosts are very friendly and helpful and Naama provided great information. And don't miss the local Matapalo beach ... miles of pristine sand all to yourself!

Nothing better than floating in the pool, enjoying the view, and watching the local toucans go from tree to tree.

Wow!! Amazing!!!

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic house! The location is perfect 10 mins to Dominical, 5 mins to a beautiful local beach of Mantapalo, 20-30 mins from waterfalls, and national parks! Spent 10 days, the house has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean (sunrise and sunsets were our favourite parts of the day). Comfortable accommodations, internet is slow but you don’t to be on your devices when you are surrounded by nature. You need a 4x4 (four wheel drive not just an average SUV) to get to the house. Lots of great restaurants close by we enjoyed crazy fish and Congo cafe in Dominical a lot. Laura was very helpful at checkin and Naama (the owner) was extremely kind with suggestions on things to do while staying in the region. Would highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return!! Really you will be blown away by the views (pictures can’t capture the beauty).

We would love to return to this home!

Beautiful recently built home hidden in the jungle but still close to Costa Rica main attractions. You will find peace and quiet in an incredibly beautiful natural setting with all the modern confort of pool, AC, télévision and wifi. Note: wifi is ok for picking up and sending emails but don't expect to do a lot with YouTube or Netflix unless you are very patient. Check-in/check-out and communication with host was flawless. We definitely recommend this home!
