This is a beautiful, natural setting and convenient to all things "Austin". It is very quiet, offers scenic mountain views, sightings of deer and all kinds of birds. Great neighborhood for walking and relaxing. Bull Creek park is about a mile away and has natural waterfalls, boulders, hiking trails, swimming holes, and green space.

Great spot. As advertised
While we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the house it definitely had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Teresa was easy to work with and that was very much appreciated. Location was great. Who knew there are big hills in Austin!! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful bluebonnets greeted us in this lovely neighborhood. Homeowner was very accommodating and helpful.

The property is located about a mile from hiking and cycling paths, Bull Creek Park and Preserve, local restaurants, and natural beauty. Just five minutes away by car are vintage and antique shops, restaurants, cinemas, nightlife, and retail shops. So, walk to County Line BBQ and enjoy the outdoor deck, grab a movie at Alamo Draft House, enjoy a cold one at Waterloo Ice House, get your Tex-Mex fix at Torchy's, or, take a hike on the trails at Bull Creek.
