If you have more then 1 car in your party, parking is available in several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin & Civic Center) located within a 1 - 2 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is free, $1.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof, daily maximum parking $10. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6PM-Monday 8AM, and all city holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). Special event single occurrence: $7; Multi-day event: $5.

Perfect Condo/Loft- Downtown Asheville
Beautiful loft in downtown Asheville. Easy access to a great hike and minutes from great dining and entertainment options! This was the perfect location for our girls weekend. The folks at ALV provided great customer service. Next time I head to Ashville, I will absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.
Super nice property in a great location!
Our family spent Christmas in Asheville, and this condo was a great. The downtown location is hard to beat, and the condo itself is spacious and well done. We will definitely be back.

Cute loft in heart of downtown
We enjoyed a weekend away at this loft in the heart of downtown. It was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It would be great for a group of friends or a large family. It was so nice being able to walk to the local shops and restaurants.

Clean Modern Loft in a Great Location in Asheville
We were extremely pleased with the Davis loft. The loft was so clean and fresh that we felt like we may have been the first people to stay there. The location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and stop back in throughout the day. We were very happy that we chose this over 2 hotel rooms, as this was much more comfortable. Highly recommend.
