Enjoy this restful retreat in the foothills of Mt. Rainier, located just outside the Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. The property is sunny with nice views. It's a short walk to the glacially-fed Nisqually River, where you can stroll along the levee, right into the National Park.
The cabin is modest, but updated, warm and inviting, with an open common room featuring a wood stove, as well as a kitchen and dining table. Also downstairs is a TV room, full bath, and private bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find a large common loft with four single beds, as well as a private suite with two connected sleeping spaces, one with a double bed and one with a child's bed, and a half bath.
Outdoors, there is a picnic table and fire pit. The hot tub is easily accessed on the back porch, with fencing for privacy.
We provide wood for the fire pit and/or wood stove, though there are also electric wall heaters in case you don't wish to use the wood stove.
The kitchen has a small oven with stovetop, a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and everything you'll need for cooking and eating your own meals, including a coffee pot and wine glasses.
We provide towels, and linens/blankets for beds. There is also a small washer and dryer in the utility room.
Riversong Retreat is 2,000 feet above sea level, and is located in the small, wooded community of Nisqually Park, just outside the Nisqually entrance to the National Park.
