Great location for our stay in Vegas to attend a wedding. Far enough removed from the strip not to have to deal with that traffic but just minutes away when we did choose to visit the strip. Lots of restaurants & shopping close by with a grocery store next door. Great separation so you’d never know a commercial property that close. Easy check in & check out. Very pleased with our stay.
Nice property, very quite area...
Away from it all location. Easy to find...Very quiet. Barely heard the neighbors. Clean inside and out. Nice private covered parking stall. Owner responds to questions quickly. My family loved the smart TV ... could have watched Netflix the entire trip! Easy access to everything including the strip!!!
Excellent owner, extra clean property, what more could you want?
The place was phenomenal, but I'll get more to that in a minute. The absolute BEST part of this whole experience was dealing with Eduard, the owner of this VBRO. I put in my request at around midnight and was approved by him within minutes! That was a great indicator to me that he is quick to respond. We exchanged a few messages back and forth, and EVERY time he responded within 5-10 minutes, usually quicker, and that's helpful for someone like me who has so much going on and circumstances that change rapidly. He truly was a pleasure to deal with and I could go on and on but I know what everyone wants to know about is the property.
We arrived at this bottom floor condo and the smell of CLEAN just hits you as soon as you walk in. And it's not overpowering or irritating - it was pleasant, fresh feeling, and immediately gave you a secure feeling - sheesh, even the master closet smelled clean! This was very important to me, as we were traveling with our 2 small kids.
The full kitchen (stocked with every gadget and a full fridge), dining table, and outside area were just enough, and we enjoyed many meals together right there.
The living room area is perfect, with a comfy side chair, a 3 seater leather couch, and a huge TV with Roku enabled.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable King sized bed and a huge walk in closet. The other bedroom down the hall had a very comfy queen bed as well, and we really had great sleep while we were there. The master shower had a glorious rain head type spout and the temperature was constant and warm right away. The other bathroom has a tub/shower and my kids enjoyed bathing in there.
I totally LOVED having a full size washer and dryer to launder our clothes before we went home, so this was a great amenity to have.
The BEST part of this condo though? The fact that our car was parked mere steps away. No need to walk through smoky casinos and miles of parking structure to get to your car - it was RIGHT there.
And now for the not so great..
Something that was out of our/Eduard's control: the neighbor upstairs was very loud our first night - they were up the whole night, it seemed, vacuuming, walking around, smoking (the smoke seeped in, too, blech), so that was pretty irritating. Another minor issue is that the wifi was spotty, so we didn't have constant connectivity on our phones or on the TV. This might be hard if someone needed to work online..
Overall assessment: don't miss out on this one!
the condo was great
The condo itself was great, perfect location right on the bus route as we didn't have a car.
However, we booked specifically because of the heated pool, what it didn't say was that the pool is seasonal very disappointed , we had inquired a couple of times about the pool and nothing was said about it being closed until May. Also the propane tank was not filled prior to us arriving and again no car and being seniors we were told to take the tank and have it filled, disappointed again as the nights were cool and we would have appreciated the heater on the patio. It also said it has a fireplace, it is decorative only so why mention it. It also said it was in a gated community but not once were the gates closed.
I think a little more info when you arrive like a package as to what do you when you check out, bus routes, restaurants near by , wifi log in etc .would have also been helpful. Overall the condo was in good shape and very comfortable.
Convenient location, clean apartment, but lacking in some details
The good: the apartment has a nice layout, is clean and partially renovated. Check in process was smooth. Property manager was accessible for questions or issues.
The not so good: First, a caveat, I have already communicated these issues to the property manager and am hopeful that the owner will address many of these issues. Anyway, there were no table lamps in the bedrooms. If you wanted to read in bed, you have to put the book up to block the light from the ceiling fixture. If you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to fumble in the dark. (I bought and left a .99 night light in the bathroom). The toilets have zero suction power. I clogged both of them. Not sure if there was a plunger in the apartment, I just kept trying to flush. One toilet has a defective flapper seal so it was constantly running. I had to turn the water supply valve on and off each time I used it. These toilets really are an issue. The unit is a condo, but clearly was built as an apartment. The walls and ceilings are thin. The people upstairs were surprisingly noisy at night, doing laundry and running the vacuum after 10 p.m. one night. Not something within the control of the owner, unfortunately. Other little things: no towel bars for hand towels in bathroom, the master bath towel bar was broken and would not stay up, the vertical blinds in bedroom and kitchen were missing a few slats, affecting privacy, the front door did not have a security chain. A box of facial tissue in the bathroom would have been nice. Maybe I'm too picky. To close on a positive note, I did find the bed surprisingly comfortable.

The unit was not built to be an apartment, they are in fact condominiums. We apologize if the walls were to thin for your standards, but we do appreciate your stay with us.
Great location. Owner went above and beyond for us. The condo was very clean and well equipped! Highly recommend!
Location Location Location, this property is located in the most beautiful area of Las Vegas. It is 15-20 minutes away from the LV strip and 5-10 minutes away from Tivoli Village, Boca Park, Red Rock Hotel/Canyon where you can find anything from a farmers market to a fancy 5 star restaurant, from gambling to hiking the beautiful Red Rock mountains. This condo is in the middle of everything LV has to offer.
