The 2nd floor balcony gives you breath taking views of Lake Dillon, a stunning 3,000 acre lake with 24 miles of shoreline and majestic views of several 14er mountains, Keystone resort lit up at night in the winter and the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

The entire condo has sophisticated mountain decor. The living room has wood burning stove, an open floor plan to include those in the kitchen and a TV with cable and a DVD player for your enjoyment.
NOTE: GUEST NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN WOOD
The 2 bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, with down blankets and soft fresh sheets. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The only thing you will need to provide is your food.
You are equipped with a blow dryer and iron/ironing board.
There is a walk in closet as you enter the condo, which has a washer and dryer for your use and space for your snow equipment during your winter getaway.
The deck has a grill for times you feel like cooking out.
This condo is perfectly located just above the Town of Silverthorne; only 2 miles from I-70, close to numerous restaurants in Dillon & Silverthorne, Live Theater, the Skyline Movie Theater, City Market groceries, a bowling alley and close to the Dillon Marina which has the highest sailing regatta's in the world. The marina also has boat, kayak, canoe rentals and more.
In the summer time you’re just 5 minutes away from the Dillon Farmer's Market which is a “must” every Friday with live entertainment, locally grown produce and showcases art, baked goods, flowers & other unique products sold by local vendors from June – September. The Dillon Amphitheater hosts FREE Fri. night concerts, Sunset at the Summit concerts on Sat. and Sun. afternoon concerts, as well as country dance or east coast swing (jitterbug) lessons on Thur. in the summer months.
Visit the Outlets at Silverthorne at the base of the mountain the condo is located on. And for the little ones the condo is close to a playground/park located on the shores of Dillon.
In the winter you are only 20 minutes to Keystone, Loveland and A Basin Ski Resorts, 20 minutes to Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 35 minutes to Vail.
Whether you are talking a stroll up the hill to Buffalo Mtn trail head or tackling an amazing hike on 1000's of trails, you are very likely to see wild life ranging from fox and mountain goats to an exciting encounter with moose. There is a great free app called "All Trails" which will give you every bit of information you will need to find the perfect hike.
