
Vacation rental property management company Arrived looks after 300 properties in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and California. Ten years ago, the company’s Founder and owner Jennifer Mucha listed her first properties on Vrbo. Since then, Vrbo became Jennifer’s best channel for boosting occupancy off-season: her vacation rental properties shortly generated more income and secured twice as many nights than other properties in her market.

Despite the success, Jennifer knew that they couldn’t grow without a software solution for streamlining their operations. While Arrived’s business was going well, they could only add one home per year to their portfolio. Managing properties manually was simply taking too much time.

Today, Arrived outpaces their competition with 90% occupancy in Hawaii and 250-300 nights per year booked in Oregon, compared to the market average of 140 nights.
Vrbo is still their top channel driving around 50% of their bookings, with the next closest channel offering only 20%.
Arrived is leveraging the messaging capability that allows them to manage and respond to Vrbo guest messages directly in the Streamline platform. Thanks to this integrated feature, their messages are automated and yet personable and personalized for specific homes and guests, saving the team time while still providing great guest experience.
