The care taken in the design of the interior of this beautiful condominium is obvious the moment you walk in the front door. It is elegance at the beach. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the tropical garden and pools and beyond to the pristine emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has bright white cabinetry with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to prepare your favorite beach meals. Both the living area and master bedroom suite have access to the spacious balcony. A Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower are provided in the luxurious master bath. All of the bedrooms and the living area have TVs and DVD players.

Great condo, just hope that nothing breaks while you're there

The condo was spotless, and the furnishings were fine. But we reported three issues to Vacasa on the 2nd day of our stay, and only one of them was addressed (coffee maker). The bathroom had a very loose faucet, and one of the balcony chairs was ripped beyond use. The property itself is well maintained, but a bit dated. One of the two elevators in the building was out for an entire day. Parking was easy, and they had plenty of spaces available. We would stay at this property again, just not through Vacasa.

Frequent guest at the Crescent

Absolutely loved the unit and all the upgrades. The complimentary beach chair service was very accommodating. Given it was July, the beach and Pools were moderately busy but not crazy as other resorts. We are booked again to visit later this year!

Loved the pool. The condo had rugs that were old and kind of gross. The ceiling fan above our bed was covered in dust and we didnt want to turn it on in case something flew down on our bed.

Nice condo in great location

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is perfect- the beach is not overly crowded like the mid Destin area. 2nd time we stay at the Crescent and we will be back!

Relaxing long weekend!

The condo is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs, the ease of getting to the pool and easy parking. The condo was clean and comfortable. Although not lavish, it is well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would go back.

Great Vacation

Condo 210 is the cleanest condo we have stayed in. My family loved being just Steps from the beach and huge pool. Master bed extra firm and the others with pillow tops. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!!

I could've stared at the view all day!

What a beautiful condo and resort setting! The layout was fantastic and gave the 4 of us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were SUPER comfortable, the balcony view was amazing, and we of course loved the pool, hot tub, and beach. The *only* thing I could've done without were all of the codes and the wristband but we got around it. We definitely will be back! We enjoyed our Girls' 60th birthday getaway!

Perfect family vacation!

This unit was immaculate, had everything we needed for the week, great mattress, new couches, beautiful decor. The balcony was wonderful- had amazing views of the pool and beach! Easy access to beach, loved having the chair/umbrella service each day!!

Beautiful place

We all truly enjoyed this beautiful condo. My only suggestion is that it be very helpful & accomodating to supply few extra big trash bags, paper towels , few dishwasher & washing machine pods, few rolls extra toilet paper since 8 people go thru so quickly, & coffee filters for supplied coffee maker since just so hard to bring so much when flying,...esp with kiddos. But such a lovely place. Thanks!!

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved this place. It had plenty of room for the eight of us. We never once felt liked we were cramped into a small place. We loved having the convenience of the pool and beach access from the hotel. We ended up staying an extra night because we just could not leave yet. Highly recommend this place.

Use of pool and beach

While we really like the complex and location we were hugely disappointed to find out that outside vacationers staying in homes had use of our pool and beach. Vacationers staying at the Crescent wear green wristbands, outsiders wear orange. Once we realized that’s what the bands meant we realized the majority of the people were not staying within the complex. It made the pool and beach area crowded. It definitely changed our perspective of the condo complex.

Updated and relaxing

We loved this unit at the Crescent. It has been recently updated and it is beautiful!! As always the pool is wonderful and the beach service with chairs is one of the best parts. This unit has a great view of the pool and the ocean. If you’re thinking of coming to Miramar Beach I would highly recommend the Crescent, especially this unit!! We had an issue with check in, but the staff was very professional with handling the situation - thank you!

Great Get-Away vacay

We stayed at The Crescent, Unit 210. We really enjoyed the unit because the place was updated with beautiful floors and light and airy decor. Our balcony had nice patio furniture on it which we used a lot for coffee in morning and wine at night! The view of beach and amenities are also awesome!

Nice Stay on the Emerald Coast

This was a replacement trip for my wife and I and really didn’t know much about Destin, Miramar Beach, etc. After several days of research we found the Crescent, and we are glad we did. If you are looking for a great condo complex this place is it. 68 total condos no more than 5 floors. The grounds are great and feel more like an luxury hotel. The pool is larger than pools for very large condo complexes. The private beach was perfect especially in these days of social distancing (pool as well). Walking distance to, two great casual restaurants and a grocery store. In addition; The Crescent has onsite managers to assist. My only recommendation for the property is to look at the pool equipment as in it can get a little loud at night. As far as the unit we stayed in, 210 it had some great features. First it was very clean again, in today’s world this is very important. The kitchen was perfect with granite, great appliances, plates and glasses and all the utensils you need. The washer and dryer also new. The TVs are all larger and good pictures. Both bathrooms have been updated and have great space. The mattress was new (a little to firm for our taste but still nice). The outdoor furniture was perfect for lounging, dinner, and breakfast. Only recommendation would be to update the sofa and remove the rug in the kitchen. Thanks for the Stay John-
