This beautifully maintained is located in a quaint quiet street, just a stone's throw from the stunning Lake Wanaka waterfront, offering spectacular views of both the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The property features 4 generously sized bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas, a utility room (laundry), and a double internal garage, ensuring all your needs are met.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting guests, with plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals together. From the kitchen, bi-fold doors open to a beautifully landscaped garden, complete with an outdoor entertaining space where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of a nearby stream.
Upstairs, the mezzanine level provides a peaceful retreat, ideal for unwinding. An internal bridge leads to a balcony where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or a cup of tea while soaking in the incredible lake views – it’s truly a serene spot.
Additional features of the home include solid concrete masonry construction, a striking family bathroom with an elegant bath, underfloor heating, and radiators throughout to ensure comfort during colder months. For those seeking a quiet space, the separate snug living room offers the perfect hideaway.
The location is hard to beat, with scenic walking and cycling trails leading to the town center, Waterfall Creek, and Glendhu Bay in the opposite direction. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
• Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
• The use of the outdoor entertainment area between 10pm and 7am is not allowed as per the Council policy.
• We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you.
• All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed.
• Please remember to turn off electric blankets, lights etc when out.
• Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day if there is more than 1 infant.
