Local customer service needs improvement

Sunrise is a very special place for myself and my partner however this past experience wasn’t the best. We had a few issues with the room that was not addressed by the local reps for several days after being reported.

Perfect for a short stay! Close to everything!

Fun, quiet little spot close to beach access, trolley stops, cafes, restaurants and shops! Super clean pool area, great and cozy space with clean towels and appliances. Perfect for a couple who want to enjoy the entire island! We did several beach days at Bean Point beach, rented bikes from Beach Bums (2mins away), and ate at all my favorite spots. The central AC worked great, the condo has working fans and a large bathroom/shower space and a super comfy queen bed!

Nice stay for 3 of us and small dog.

The property is in a beautiful, quiet location. The shared pool is a very nice bonus. There were three of us, and we barely fit. We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well-managed. Our code did not work when we arrived. With a quick phone call, we had access to a physical key. If you are looking for a small, peaceful location on Anna Maria, I definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome Place to Stay!

If your looking for a smaller place to stay to where you don’t need much space this spot is great for 2 people! Inside super cute and neat, close to beach, close to a lot of places to eat! Pool is also a added bonus on days you don’t want to go to the beach! I would def recommend staying here!

Cute and comfortable

As advertised and as described cute and quaint condo. Family friendly and great for small family. Loved the pool, access to free laundry, and walking distance to nice restaurant and ice cream shop! Would have been nice to have a frying pan for cooking, but otherwise kitchen amenities were nice. Was able to check-in early and easy check-out process, all communications were via text.

Uncomfortable

The bed was a double. The couch old and not comfortable to sit on or should I say “in” pull out for bed disgusting tried to make husband more space I could not sleep in it .needs replace. Bathroom kitchen updated and clean

Cute, clean haven near so much

Cute place near everything on the north end of Anna Maria. Walk to City Pier, 9th Street shops and restaurants, and beach. Well appointed unit. Private courtyard with table and chairs. Pool was a little haven. Free washer and drier came in handy for wet suits and the beach towels which were also provided.

Great outside area and great location- not so great inside

Great pool area as well as private outdoor seating area. Inside of home was not good for the price. The mattresses were awful quality. Fold out sofa was advertised as a queen and it was a full size with an awful mattress as well. Called the number given and was told they would reach out to see if they could replace one of them and was never contacted. There was one wine glass and one regular glass in the entire house. Ac filter was so disgusting you had to keep the closet door shut from the dust and smell. Will not stay in this unit again.

Not the best condo I’ve stayed in. Overall location was good. However, the cabinetry in the kitch...

Kitchen cabinets were filthy! Probably never been cleaned. Cabinets had a terrible smell inside them! And only 1 glass for 4 people provided. Ended up buying paper plates and plastic cups at Publix. Doors were very grumpy and gross. Unacceptable for the price I paid. Master bed was good but the fold out couch was horrendous! Mattress very very uncomfortable. Shower was very nice but the wall above the bathroom sink was falling apart and had mildew growing in it! Could use another chair or two to sit on in the tv room. Luckily there was a table and chairs outside.

Our stay

Overall it was a good stay for my little family. I think the only concerns is our bed had sand in it already, and the floors weren’t as clean because when we walked inside our feet would be dirty. I believe the sink in the bathroom is falling apart a bit but that didn’t affect us, it was just wobbly. Besides those few things I enjoyed the location a lot, close to everything and we had such friendly neighbors. The pool was relaxing and it was nice that the laundry unit is right outside the door. Also the management team is great with getting back to you on issues so I’m happy with our stay!

Perfect location

Location was ideal.. one one side you have the pier on the other side you have the beach. Although, by the pier you can swim and during the day the water is beautiful. Great for fishing. Easy check-in and check out. Unit was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Very Private. Only small issue was that the closet wasn’t as easy to open/close and the AC is loud, but it runs great! Property was nice and clean as well. Pool is really nice too.

Conveniently located

The process for checking in was smooth. We were able to check in early. Several places to eat and walk by within walking distance. Room was hot. Bed was small. Quiet and quant.

Island Getaway

Perfect little place for the 2 of us! There was plenty of room for our 2 week stay. Great bathroom and lovely private patio to eat outdoors! Very clean and right next to the free laundry facilities (not so close that you could hear others). Perfect location on the island, assigned parking (none for guests though), and a beautiful salt water pool! 2 issues prevented us from giving 4-5 stars, I would have given 3.5 stars if it was an option....The Bed: mattress was very uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle. Also, the bed frame creaked loudly with any movement so we woke each other up every single night. Climate Control: The humidity level in the unit was unbelievable. We used both the AC and heat during our stay due to the weather, but nothing helped. Everything felt damp ~ the couch, our clothing, the bedding. Our towels never dried overnight. We used the exhaust fan in the bathroom for every shower. The ceiling fan in the living room helped some, but that wasn't a usable solution on cold evenings. No ceiling fan in the bedroom though and the heat/AC vent was on the opposite end of the bedroom so sleeping was very damp and uncomfortable.

Very clean unit . Older resort which appears to be being updated . Great pool! Rooms are clean and comfortable but not fancy. Very quiet at night. Parking space numbers need to be more visible. No one onsite during my stay.
