Feel safe knowing that we keep this house sanitized beyond the standard.
Each bedroom has a luxury bed with bamboo sheets. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy a cup of coffee as you Wake Up in Texas!
But first, the Wine!
We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin)
AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life...
Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!?
We've got you covered! All four of your luxury beds and both pull out sofa beds are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows.
Sooooooo many fun amenities at this house!
Bubble around in the outdoor spa.
Relax by the wood-burning fire place.
Enjoy all-night conversation by the fire pit.
BBQ like a boss on the back patio.
Hustle like you mean it at the business desk.

Every detail in place to ensure you have the best experience possible.
But the best part is you can bring your sweet pets along too!
NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. Please obey the parking guide included in the rental agreement. A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!
