Welcome to beautiful Capitola Village! This newly remodeled two bedroom apartment in the heart of Capitola Village is ideally located next to restaurants, wine bars and boutique shopping. The breathtaking Capitola beach is a short two block walk away. A large private deck and two private parking spots make it an ideal location in Capitola Village. The property is located above a boutique salon.

In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.

Two private off street parking spots are included with your stay. The apartment is located on the second story and is accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking garage.

For your convenience there is a YALE smart lock on the front door. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to ask. We hope you have an enjoyable stay!

Capitola Village is a quintessential California beach town. A fun and lively village that welcomes visitors of varying interests. Surfing, fishing and boating are very popular as well as many other outdoor activities. Capitola has an array of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The wide Capitola beach provides breathtaking views of Monterey Bay. You are sure to find your niche here in Capitola Village!

Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed how clean and comfortable place was.It was so close to the Capitola horse shoe torment on the beach.Some of family members take part in every year. Our other family members had other places to stay, but ours was the best. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Nice place, walking distance to the Beach, Restaurant & shops. Having parking is a big plus. The only negative is the shower took at least 2 minutes to get warm water. Yes, their was spots on the carpet, but they allow dogs. We didn't have one, but other than the spots, their was no smell or dog hair that we noticed.

We have looked at staying at this property for the past several years. So glad we finally did! For once the pictures of the listing didn’t do this adorable apartment justice. We felt it was much cuter than the pictures. It’s directly across the street from our favorite Capitola restaurant (Trestles) and like 20 steps to all our favorite shops in Capitola Village, and of course so close to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and the patio is adorable. Great to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on in the evenings or to sun bathe on in the afternoons. We will be returning here for our next stay in Capitola.

We really enjoyed our stay in Capitola at the Capitola Village 2 bedroom! It was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We could walk everywhere and never used our car. It was so nice to have parking, since it is difficult to find street parking, The apartment was very clean and kitchen was great! We also enjoyed a great concert at the beach!

Nice place. Closer to the beach than expected which was a great surprise. Would have given the place 5 stars had it been cleaned prior to our check in. Apparently there was some sort of mixup between the cleaners and the host and the house was not cleaned. We opened the door at 3 to find unmade beds and a dirty place. Check in was at three, cleaners arrived at 5 and we had to leave for 1.5 hours while they cleaned the place. This was disappointing and very inconvenient. Asked the host for discount and he basically said to enjoy my stay. There are so many rentals around this place so not sure if I would stay here again.

Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc.

So Perfect!

My daughter and I enjoyed several fabulous days here. The unit is so bright and just the perfect size. Had everything we could have wanted and in the most convenient location. Loved loved loved it! We will for sure return!

Lovely stay

Had an amazing stay, considering the location is across the street from a restaurant it was not super noisy. The bedroom temperature was a little warm but there was a portable fan available which was helpful. Location is so convenient, everything is walking distance. Will definitely come back!

Two night Getaway... Birthday celebration

One word sums it up... PERFECT Super cute, clean, cozy and perfect location apartment. We could not have asked for anything more. Had a wonderful time in Capitola and staying at this place. Would definitely stay again.

Comfort and great location

This little gem was perfect for my dog and I as we explored Capitola, but we’re outside of the crazy of the beachfront. It was only a couple of blocks and the apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. The sun deck was one of the dog and mine’s special spots.

Fun getaway

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Great location! Capitola is lovely and fun too! This was perfect for our weekend getaway. Really didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this VRBO unit that is only a block from the beach.

Great stay

This apartment was so cute and cozy. It was very clean with comfortable beds. However, the shower was a bit small and wish there were mirrors in the bedrooms. Nonetheless, the location was great- walking distance to the beach and local shops/plaza. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Capitola!

Getaway to Capitola

The unit was large, spacious, and very modern. The beds are super comfy. Love the private courtyard. Owner has the cleaning crew take care of everything upon checkout. Had a great stay and hope to be back soon.

Thanksgiving week in Capitola

We loved our stay at The Office in beautiful downtown Capitola. The property is conveniently located in the village with easy access to the Capitola restaurants, beaches and the pier. The residence is small but has a well-equipped kitchen, great internet access and two comfortable bedrooms.

Amazing girls weekend

If you want a super convenient location close to downtown Capitola - this is your place. The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and had lots of good food options. Having parking for two cars was awesome. The place is spacious with a living room and kitchen that allowed us to hang out all together without feeling cramped. Would definitely come back!
