Welcome to Countryside Haven, a beautifully remodeled rustic home that offers the perfect blend of charm and luxury. With stunning mountain views and all the amenities you need, our home is the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends alike.

Our spacious and tastefully decorated 4BR offer comfortable beds and ample storage space. Each of the three full bathrooms features luxurious touches such as skylights, all-tiled showers with glass barn-style doors, and Quartz stone top vanities.

The chef's dream kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, self-closing cabinetry, and Quartz stone countertops. You can enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room, which provides plenty of space for your group to gather and share a meal or play games together.

We've made sure that you have everything you need to make your stay unforgettable, including high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our home also boasts a range of entertainment options, including a pool table, foosball, ping pong, oversize Scrabble, and a variety of board games.

Quiet and Clean

Very nice home with nice furnishings, spacious rooms and great gathering spaces, inside and out. Great for a large family get together. Beautiful views over the mountains. Check in and communication with Garrett was prompt and responsive.

Beautiful Warwick

Beautiful house and plenty of room for all eight of us. Wish we had extra paper towels and bath towels. We loved the location and beautiful views. A close drive to Main Street Warwick

Nice house, unsecure

This house was overall very nice and clean. But the house was broken into before our stay. The basement window was bashed in and sliders left open. There is no lock to the basement door so the house was left very unsecure from the outside and our family felt very unsafe.

Lovely Warwick location

This is a large home with beautiful views. Garrett was extremely responsive and communication was easy. The kitchen is well equipped and rooms are spacious. We were 6 adults and an infant. There were plenty of bedrooms but could have used additional dining room chairs and living room seating for our sized group. The house was super clean and conveniently located to town and to ski area. Great house for a group.

Comfortable quick stay in Warwick

This was my first VRBO experience and it was lovely. The house was clean & spacious. Perfect for our needs. Was so happy to be able to stay with our extended family AND bring our pup. My sister in law had a little trouble figuring out the entry system, but the hosts were available to help and solved the issue quickly.

family weekend

We were in town for a funeral of a family member so the property served its purpose. Had I been on vacation I would have been a bit disappointed. The house itself is very spacious and great for a group. There is a great back deck that we did not get to enjoy but I could imagine it to be perfect for dining and hanging out. It is clearly a rental property as the front entrance and walkway foundation plantings are neglected. The kitchen is nice but sparse supplies. We had to reset the GFI for the microwave to work. Our biggest complaint are the beds. All were uncomfortable and one was broken. The host did come and try to fix . Supposedly a new bed frame was to be delivered after our visit. I am skeptical as one of the lats of the frame was broken and attempted to fix with duck tape. Other amenities that were lacking were the bedroom closets had no poles to hang anything. One closet downstairs had a pole with a couple of hangers. Also the master bedroom was quite warm even on a cool June weekend. A simple house manual to explain the climate control system would have been helpful. It was not very intuitive . A little more effort into the house would go a long way for future visitors.

Quick Downstate Getaway

Nice quick getaway for a group of middle aged adults. Wish the neighbors weren’t so close for us rural folk but nice neighborhood.

Great house, but sparse

The stay was good, the host was great and very responsive and helpful, no complaints at all there, they even allowed us a late check out. The house is sparsely furnished, and there is nowhere in the house that all 8 of the people it says it holds can exist at one time, the dining table only fits 6 people, the living room could seat maybe 5. The kitchen is mildly equipped. We would stay again, and recommend the house, but knowing we would need to bring additional things with us.

Weekend getaway in warwick

We loved the property. The house was spotless and beatifully decorated in a mid century style. Bright and airy with great views of the countryside. Our host was very attentive and touched base with us throughout our stay.

Wedding in Warwick

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend my brothers wedding. House is very clean and spacious and met all of our needs. We would definitely rent again if needed. Host is great with communication ensuring we had everything we needed:)

What a Perfect Getaway!

We were whisked away to this beautiful retreat in the mountains of Warwick! The management was attentive and handled everything gracefully. The house was clean, inviting, peaceful, and beautiful. Family Weekend Together

Our weekend at the Warwick property was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to our incredible host, Garrett, who provided clear and thoughtful instructions for everything. The home itself was immaculate—clean, inviting, and designed for both comfort and togetherness.Every corner of the house offered a cozy and stylish retreat, whether we were gathered in the spacious living areas, enjoying meals around the dining table, playing games in the game-rooms, or unwinding in one of the four comfy bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a joy, with every dish, pot, spice, and utensil we could possibly need. The outdoor grill was perfect for creating fun meals while soaking in the fresh air.The true highlights of our stay were the incredible relaxation amenities. My husband and son couldn’t get enough of the hot tub, while my daughter-in-law absolutely adored the luxurious soaking tub. It was the perfect setting for unwinding and creating cherished memories together.But perhaps the most special part of this trip was the time we spent with our son, daughter-in-law, and our sweet 8-month-old granddaughter. The Warwick home provided the perfect backdrop for laughter, relaxation, and meaningful moments that we will treasure forever.Thank you, Garrett, for being such a fantastic host and for creating a space that made our family weekend absolutely unforgettable. We will definitely rent again if we have the opportunity!

Wildlife Galore!

We stayed at the Modern Countryside Haven because of its proximity to Lego Land, which our kids had been begging to go to. The house did not disappoint. It was ready upon our arrival with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was peaceful and was a great place to walk our dogs each morning. Deer, turkeys, and groundhogs visited the front yard throughout the day. We had not planned on doing much cooking at the house, although the house did have the basic pots, pans, etc. The kitchen supplies were very minimal, so if we had planned on doing a big meal, we would have had to bring some things, but that was not our intention so it worked out for us. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay again for sure.

Left a lot to be desired

Unfortunately the listing description and photos did not accurately represent the stay. The "fully equipped" kitchen had plates and glasses and flatwear but little of anything else. It was not at all set up for cooking. Our group had to purchase cutting boards, a roast pan, pot holders and scissors. There was only one roll of paper towels and one kitchen towel available, being in such a remote location made the trip to the closest store annoying. Additionally, the house was worse for wear and not accurate to the photos -- 2 twin beds in the upstairs room were in the garage and replaced with a ping pong table (off the primary bedroom, very strange) and there were only 6 dining seats at the main table. No room was properly set up for the 8 people staying to be lounging at one time. The walls were scratched up, the windows and windowsills were dirty and hardly any of the doors on closets and rooms closed properly. The rooms were comfortable enough, the showers were great, and our group enjoyed the kitchen island and pool table and made the best of our stay, but we were frustrated with the amount of missing items. It is clear the property is not regularly cleaned or maintained.
