Spacious 850 sq ft Townhouse in the heart of HB. less than a mile to downtown and the beach. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just north of Main street. Perfect for those who want to stay by the ocean and close to everything! Any amenities you need located within a mile. Fully voice activated house!

Sleep Tight!
1 large bedroom w a King size bed. A queen size air mattress. A pull out couch that is suitable for kids. We also supply a portable crib and highchair for the babies!

The space
Our spot has got a Art Deco / Mid Century Modern / NY Loft feel to it. 50" inch Tv with full cable and high speed internet. Kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. A nice desk for those who choose to work on Vacation. Air-conditioned bedroom. A fully voice activated alexa home.

Bedroom is 20' x 14' and the living room 23' x 14' has plenty of room to coexist with your vacation partners.

a brand new 5 burner BBQ and all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip if we don't have something just ask and we will do our best to provide you with the best stay possible!

The property is in a great location, 15 minute walk to Main Street but far enough away for there to be ample parking and quiet at night.We arrived a bit early in HB and were allowed to check in early, which was nice of the host.The only negative was that there is no patio furniture outside. I believe the pictures showed a table and chairs. Would have been nice to have a coffee outside in the great weather.There was also a strange smell that seemed to come and go in the bathroom, maybe a shower/sink drain or the front load washer. We were out and about most of the weekend, but the odor was palpable one evening.

Perfect two night stay with our small dog. Great communication with the owner and extremely easy check in and checkout. Plenty of convenient parking and a very quick drive to the beach for a beautiful sunset. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect spot for us! Close to the beach and the convention center we needed to be in Huntington Beach for. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious! We didn't "miss" anything, everything we needed was there. LOVED the enclosed courtyard which was fantastic for our mini Aussie, Starla! Wally was a wonderful host and we would definitely recomment!

Had a great stay here. Set in a quiet neighborhood so sleep wasn't a problem. Location is away from downtown enough to avoid the chaos, but also close enough that it's just a short walk away. Owner is very communicative and even went out of his way to give me an early check in even though there was a checkout that day. Included washer and dryer was a nice bonus and I was able to start my work trip with a clean set of laundry. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Great spot in HB that allows dogs

This has become my go to spot in HB. Allows dogs and is close enough to the beach & Main Street, but far enough way to be relaxing. I like that it has a small fenced in yard & I can park right out front.

Perfect for my stay

I was in town for a large dachshund festival at Huntington Beach dog park and this was the perfect location. Ubers were inexpensive from here, the place was clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels were so nice and comfy. Stayed with one small dog and she loved the little yard. Best part of the whole thing was how responsive the host was, Wally was excellent in that regard. Thank you for a great place to sleep!

Nice affordable place to stay. Everything was comfy. Good kitchen. Better lice than 2 hotel rooms and had a kitchen and enough privacy. Great portable Ac/fans provide great white noise at night!

Huntington Beach hideaway

We enjoyed our stay. The property is located several blocks from the beach - close enough to easily walk there, but also far enough away not to have to deal with beachgoers parking in front of the property. Wally was great to deal with and available for any questions or concerns.

Overall a good stay. It could be cleaned better in the corners of the kitchen, and the living space. The bathroom was clean, but the shower needs some help. The water takes 7 min to heat up, so a lot of waste there, but then the rain shower has no power and it is hard to wash your hair to get the soap out.

Awesome getaway

This is the second time staying at Wallys place and we will be back. In a quiet neighborhood walkable to the pier and downtown HB. Very thoughtful conveniences such as plenty of soap, shampoo, cooking supplies, etc. Washer and dryer a big plus too.

Good location, not very clean

I stayed at this property with my wife and my son. We really liked the location as it is walking distance to downtown. However, there was so much dirt on the floor, food stuck on pans that we didn’t feel it was very clean overall. The radiator was also so loud it woke us up during the night

The property is in an excellent location for Huntington Beach, within easy walking distance of downtown. The property was as described. The host was excellent in every way to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions.
