With 4 amazing treehouses all connected by multi-level decks 25 to 50 feet in the air, and over 5,000 square feet of space including decks, as well as 2 full kitchens, there's room for multiple families to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Expand the space by opening the giant glass doors and letting the peaceful nature surround you.

"By far the most unique stay in the smokeys"

We are so excited for you to come and experience this passion of ours! It was a year and a half ago that my Dad (a lifetime Disney artist) and I (a lover of home design and architecture) embarked on this journey to build the first ever mega treehouse. We decided to put our all into this and soon realized that being kids at heart, we wouldn’t know when to stop. This led to us thinking through every single detail aiming to achieve more and more jaw dropping features in every space day after day. Every inch of our treehouse was created by my dad, my mom, my wife, and myself — from the design to the handcrafted spiral staircases built from trees from the very forest surrounding us.

Family and friends treehouse experience

This place is amazing!!! It is as awesome as it appears online. Well worth going to check out. My family and I had the best time hanging out every evening on the patio. We had everything we needed for a group of our size. I loved each family had their own treehouse to go to for privacy. Neighbors across the driveway is a little close but to tell you the truth since the focus of the houses are all to the valley it was not a problem for us. I would do this again!!!!

Magical place

This treehouse was amazing! Will most likely be the coolest place our family will ever stay! It was so peaceful to be in the trees and take in the beauty of nature all around you. It was very spacious so it worked out great for 3 families to come together for a yearly trip.

AMAZING!!!

We decided to stay at the Skywalk Treehouse to see if it would work for one of our family vacations. I cannot describe how awesome this place was. It was quiet and relaxing. There are no works to describe the treehouse itself. It was just amazing! It had a ton of places to sleep, and it included everything you would need. To top it off, Dak was fantastic. He responded to all communications so quickly and was so nice to deal with. We are looking at our schedules right now to see when we can visit again, but this time with the entire family. This place will not disappoint! Thank you Dak!

Tree housing with the Family

Our family had a great 3 days at Skywalk. It is beautifully built and decorated. Great for games, watching movies and SEC Football. We made big breakfast and steak dinner for all. The openness to outdoors and Mountain View’s we spectacular. Dak and his family have made a special place for you and yours. PS: Acorns are priceless!

Where to begin!? This place is truly magical, even better than the photos. My husband and I surprised our boys (6,6,7) with a stay here for spring break/their birthday, and it was like a childhood dream come true. There are so many thoughtful touches that make staying here even more special. Dak was such a gracious host, checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and always available when we needed anything. He genuinely cares about his guests. Our kids accidentally locked us out (TWICE!), and he came to help without hesitation or judgement, just complete patience and kindness. Beds are very comfortable, everything is clean, and the ambiance and uniqueness of the property can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one is by far our favorite! There is plenty of space for multiple families without feeling crowded in the least, and it felt like our own little wonderland, we didn’t want to leave! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the treehouses and the serenity of the space Dak and his family have created. However, it’s not far from restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options. If it’s available, don’t hesitate…book it today!!! It’s absolutely incredible.

Ever since I was young, my dad and I have dreamed of one day building something like this and we finally did it. Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding woods, the rooms and bathrooms are accented with handcrafted tables and features, made from natural products found locally in Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Also, since the whole house is smart; turning off lights, opening doors, and even setting moods for movie nights or barbecues is just a "Hey Siri" away. Each room features a list of commands displayed and ready for you to use to experience the ingenuity of this treehouse.
