Enjoy a relaxing and recharging holiday in this villa with spacious rooms and luxurious furnishings. The beautiful sunny days, being able walk to the most popular beaches, and enjoying the best Istrian dishes with the company of your loved ones are surely going to make your holiday memorable. Surprise your company with a private pool and terrace and enjoy the warm nights with breathtaking Istrian sunsets together. This home is ideal to suit the needs of multi-generational families.
This home was created with spacious, modern, and luxurious spaces in mind to help guests recharge with a great experience. Unlike most vacation homes, this one is even equipped with underfloor heating to provide a great experience regardless of when you stay here. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and motorized shutters, as well as custom-made furnishings in all bedrooms. Outside you will find a 24 sqm pool with a waterfall feature, a shower, and sun loungers. For even more memorable moments, we have outdoor seating and a gas grill.
Should you need assistance or recommendations, we are happy to help during your stay through here/phone/email. Should any problem come up, we or a member of management will be able to help you on-site. We are also available in-person from time to time as we have been spending vacations in Istra for more than a decade now! We are also happy to recommend you the best places we know!

We're a family that has been spending vacations in the area for more than 10 years now, and we still cannot get enough of it. We love exploring new places and things to do (we like great restaurants!) and recharging in the Istrian nature. Beaches, cycling, hikes, wine roads, valleys and hilltops with romantic little towns, breathtaking sunsets over the Sea... What more could we ask for? We love Istria, and we would love to share the best of it with you!

Our vacation homes are located in Funtana, which is the town we have been visiting for over a decade now. It's a small village, about 5 minutes of drive away from larger cities, so you get all the amenities and activities nearby, but get to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a small town. Plus, everything is within a 5 minute walk or 5 minute drive, that's pretty cool.

There are plenty of things to do in Istria outside the tourist-packed summer season. For gastronomy lovers, there are tuna, wine, truffle, and prosciutto festivals. Outdoorsy people can meet cyclists and kayakers as they LOVE Istria in the spring and autumn. We also have an Advent season too. To be able to offer and enjoy all of this, we thought it was important to equip our homes with underfloor heating in every room - it's super cozy and you won't be left freezing. Most vacation home owners in Istria skip installing heating, but not us! :)
