Vacasa did a great job addressing issues but this house really needs a lot of work. It was dirty on arrival (food on living room & hallway floors, a lot of sand on stairs, dirty towels in 2nd bath), no hand soap in any bathroom or kitchen- all taken care of timely by vacasa. There were 4 forks for a house that sleeps 7. No actual blankets, only a thin coverlet. There is one kitchen towel to use for a week stay no broom or supplies to clean up kitchen after you try to cook in it. The blender is missing the top part of the lid, toaster is rusted, and the keurig was growing mildew in the lid. No cutting boards. The biggest pot is maybe quart sized. No cooking sheets for the oven. Bathroom rugs are worn out. The house smells very strongly of dog. The queen bed mattress is so old it’s divited in the middle and the bunk beds can be heard in the bedroom across the hall everytime someone rolls over. We have stayed in a lot of condos in this neighborhood and most are great. This place really needs some basic necessities for a short term rental. What is great is the location and easy access to everything if you’re not looking for beach front. The pool and condo property is well maintained. The recommend star rating posted in the entryway for this home is below and it’s fitting for the property. 5 stars - enjoyed stay 4 stars - has many issues3 stars - has major issues 2 stars - shouldn’t be listed1 star- left before stay ended
