The Modern Haven is a custom built masterpiece. Spend some time stargazing on the roof top deck, roasting marshmallows by the fire or enjoy a movie while relaxing in the hot tub. The Haven has three queen sleeping areas, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a TV and fire place. Step outside, enjoy yourself and see the beautiful mountain range. In close proximity to Zion(45 min), Bryce Canyon(1.5hrs), Grand Canyon North Rim(2hrs), and many other great destinations

The Space:
home away from home enjoy the quiet night under an endless night sky.
hot tub for 4 with an outside entertainment center enjoy a BBQ and fire place all on your private deck.

The Neighborhood:
Apple Valley Utah is a hidden gem. The Mountain views are amazing. The people a friendly, and the area is safe. There is so much to do in the area. There is little to no light pollution for star gazing. Surrounded by public lands there's endless activities within a 20 min drive

There is a Tiny Home booklet to help you familerize yourself with the Tiny Home. It has helpful tips and a list of nearby restaurants and shopping. We have lived here for 5 years and still haven't seen all there is to see. If you would like additional things to do we offer Horseback Riding, UTV Offroad Adventure tours and mountain bike rentals
