🔊 Potential Noise: As the property has multiple independent units, you may hear occasional noise from neighboring guests. We ask all guests to maintain quiet hours between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
🌳 Shared Spaces: Enjoy the shared patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The parking area is also shared with other guests.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome! Please note that other guests in nearby units may also have pets. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and bring their own bed to ensure comfort.
🚗 Limited Parking: Your designated parking spot is located on the right side of the roadway, just before the tree. This space accommodates one car only. Any additional vehicles can be parked on the street at your own risk, as it is open parking.

🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
📸 Security Camera
A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.
🐶 Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.
