Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each fitted with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. Whether you are visiting for a long weekend or an extended stay, the layout gives everyone a quiet, private space to genuinely rest. The apartment is contained and well-organized, so mornings and evenings run without friction.

 

Living and comfort

The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity - a seating area, TV, dedicated workspace, and Wi-Fi make the space as functional as it is comfortable. Natural light moves through the rooms throughout the day, keeping everything open and easy to inhabit. The apartment sits on a single level with elevator access, making arrivals and departures smooth from the moment you walk through the door.

 

Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen puts home-cooked meals well within reach. The refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker are all available, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table anchors the space - equally suited to a shared meal or a slow morning coffee before heading out. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms with hot water keep daily routines running smoothly for the whole group. Essentials are provided, giving you a clean, functional space to refresh at any point in the day.

Check-in is fully self-managed through keypad entry, with elevator access making arrival straightforward. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage, with additional free street parking nearby. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.



We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice. At the end of the reservation, the wristband must be returned to reception. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $250 per person wearing the wristband.
