Charleston house description:
Welcome to our charming short-term rental, ideally located just 25 minutes from downtown Charleston in a tranquil residential area. This spacious and newly renovated property is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, accentuated by a large fireplace that adds a touch of coziness to the living space.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage. There is a wheelchair ramp around the house in the back yard.
Guests only have access during their reservation. If you arrive early, you will not have access into the home.
Other things to note:
We may be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out only if our schedule allows. Please request when booking. We can not accept any last minute requests because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules can not be changed.
We provide starter quantities of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee k-cups, etc). This is usually enough for 2-3 days. Guests will be responsible for purchasing more if needed beyond the starter quantity.
Like most Charleston homes, this is a 2 story home with stairs. Guests will need to use stairs during their stay.
A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. We only want to have the best guests who will respect our property and neighbors. If you've made it this far on the listing and have questions, please send us an inquiry!

Pet fee is $250 and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.
You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.
If there are any damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.

For everyone’s safety and for liability protection, our property has three outdoor-only security cameras that record:
• Front Door Camera – Records the porch and entryway only.
• Driveway Camera – Records the driveway and parking area.
• Front Yard Camera – Records the front walkway and yard area.
All cameras are positioned strictly on exterior spaces and do NOT face any private or indoor areas and footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per general house guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
Additionally, we have motion-sensor lights above the garage. These lights turn on automatically at night only to provide visibility and do not record anything.
• Guest Requirements: For the safety and comfort of our property, we require that all guests have prior positive reviews on Airbnb before booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate first-time users with no reviews at this time.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests. Please include the correct number of guests in your reservation request.
• Pets: Pets are welcome in our fenced yard with prior approval.
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles may park on the property.
• Respect for the Home: No parties or events. Please treat the home as you would your own.
