Things to know about booking:

This neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. We want happy neighbors so we typically rent to families or business travelers.

The property is not available for events (i.e., parties).

We have a Team which is available 24/7 should you need information or encounter a challenge.

There is an exit cleaning fee. If you are booking an extended stay, you will have a wonderful time. We do request that you book with our housekeeping team to have the home cleaned every 2 weeks should your stay be 3 weeks or longer.

This is a dog friendly home, and we do allow well behaved dogs over 50 pounds.

Christmas and New Year's weeks 2026-2027 have a min 5 night booking with a discount given for 7 nights.

Please note that Christmas Week is any time from Friday, December 18 with a checkout of Sunday, December 27 with a check out time of 10 am on 12/27 (any 5, 6, or 7 nights).

New Year's Week begins Sunday, December 27 at 5:30 pm and is any 5, 6, or 7 nights through January 6 with a 11:30 am checkout.

Please note that we do charge an 'administrative fee' of 4% to cover the credit card costs which are charged to us by VRBO. This will be charge as an additional fee once your dates are approved.

Once you book, there are no cancellations because we no longer advertise the home.
