The House

This spacious, bright home is designed for your comfort and relaxation.



Ground floor: Large open-plan living area with lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, and sink. Separate WC.



First floor: Two comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding (140x200 and 160x200), each with a large wardrobe. Bathroom with spacious shower, double sink, separate WC, and a cozy desk area on the landing.



Second floor: Cosy mezzanine with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 singles, ideal for children or teenagers.



Outside:

Enjoy a large enclosed rear terrace with dining table, garden furniture, parasol, and gas barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. At the front, there’s a small flower garden, bike shelter, and pétanque court for fun moments together.
